Work request never completed I have submitted 5 requests over the past month to have my bathtub resurfaced and no work has been completed. I submit the order and someone is closing it out as completed without contacting me or completing the work. One appointment was scheduled around the end of December for the repair, no one showed up and no communication from the leasing office. I just want my bathtub repaired. Someone please contact me about getting this work completed.

Horrible customer service The employees at the leasing office in Sugar Hill, GA are the WORST! If they are going to insist that no packages can be delivered to our front doors, then they need to be more helpful when retrieving our mail. And how do they expect to receive packages when the office is never open! I am missing a package because they couldn't be bothered in the middle of a Wednesday afternoon. Why would the office be closed then? I have lived here since 2019 and the level of service here has dropped dramatically since your company took over. The turnover at this property is insane and I haven't had one pleasant experience with anyone since Trinity took over. I would never recommend this place or company to anyone that I know.

Very Helpful And Patient Very pleasant team in the office. The apartments are decent and it is in a great area.

I drove a very distance to arrive and be told there were no more units available, which is fine, that happens. The issue is I was sent confirmation texts and emails the day before and day of about my appointment, it would have been great for them to just call and notify me!

I have damages in my apartment and had to rent other location to live.in other places. The management company did not offer me a place to stay or help me out. I was forced to continue paying rent while all this was going on. Never rent here!!!!

All of the review seen on here are prior to new management taking over. The new management team is not very good as all of their notices come out with threats in them of fines if you don’t do exactly how they want it. And if you can’t comply with exactly what they want and call them they don’t care and just say well it’s in the lease and they can do what they want. I will not be renewing my lease here

I was frantically looking for a place to stay due to my circumstances and Plantation Ridge had approved my application promptly in order for me to move into a very clean apartment. Trust me, I have high standards when it comes to cleaning and they've exceeded my expectations. They are the first to pass. I was welcomed after all the paperwork was completed with a tote bag, cup, and coffee sleeve. I immediately felt I was home. My stress level has gone down since then. Also, when I call for services they always complete the order within 24 hours. I really appreciate all the hard work they've put in to make sure I am taken care of. Thank you so very much! Staff is awesome! Very friendly and handles everything quickly. Maintenance rocks and is usually there same day. Very quiet, friendly community. I've lived here for about 6 months and have no intention of moving anytime soon. Awesome place to live!

Plantation Ridge is a family oriented community and nice place to live. The apartments are very comfortable and well kept. Sugar Hill is a growing community. The schools in the area are high level. The staff are very attentive to issues and concerns. I have lived here since 2014. I have had several issues/complaints and most were resolved with a few hours. very good community

Plantation Ridge has been wonderful place for me and my Family for the past 2 years coming from New York City my expectations were very high and I'm pleased to say they satisfied all of it and more there's one thing you don't get in NY that is you feel like family not just a resident. Thank you to all of the stuff at Plantation Ridge.

I have lived at Plantation Ridge over 3 years and can't express how very pleased I've been to live here. Every time I've signed a new lease I've known that I am living at a wonderful place with very caring, professional people managing and keeping things looking wonderful. As an older single person safety is a major consideration for me and I feel extremely safe here. The hallway lighting was recently upgraded so I don't have to leave a light on when coming home after dark. I have had wonderful neighbors and the couple of times I've discussed an issue with management, everything was taken care of immediately. I can and often do recommend Plantation Ridge to people looking for a new home. Any time I've requested maintenance, i know my request will be handled within hours of my request.

When I moved from NYC I was a bit hesitant, but for absolutely no reason. The staff is above average as well as the management company. Maria is a pleasure and always on the ready to help. Jenny is as helpful as can be and always with a smile. All the amenities have just been upgraded (freshly painted exteriors, new laundry facilities, pool furniture, grounds are well maintained, pool, gym, etc.). Anytime I have needed a repair it has been handled very quickly and efficiently. The location is perfect and close to all major roadways as well as shopping centers. I very highly recommend those looking for an apartment to consider Plantation Ridge, it is definitely worth it. A true southern gem.
