A highly desirable location for relocation. Situated in proximity to HEB, it offers favorable housing conditions. The leasing office provides commendable service, and the pricing is reasonable. The premises are meticulously maintained, and the apartment is in excellent condition.

Super helpful when looking at the place and leasing. Maintenance requests are answered fast (depending how complex is the issue). Only down side is getting ahold of the office is so hard. Nobody answers the phone.

Living at the Renew Hyde Park apartments has its advantages. It is within walking distance of the H-E-B, and within short driving distance of Walmart, target, the mall and many food restaurants. The complex has a nice little pool area and good park and basketball court for the kids.

Take my advice and don't rent here, your life will be harder and the management will treat you like a stranger. I will review more reasons once I leave soon I can't stand this place anymore. the mother company will reply to my comment and they will give their Email but they never respond you will see.
Screwing me and my roommates out of an extra $1,900 when our lease ends and we move out next month. We've been model tenants in a 3 bedroom here for 2 years. Saying it's because we didn't give 60 days notice that we weren't re-signing the lease for a third time and failed to let us know we had to do so. And on another note maintenance messed up my bathroom with plaster dried all over the floor. My shower still doesn't work properly and has a hole in the wall. The water gets turned off at least once a week. They people blatantly violate the rules constantly. Best to avoid this place if you can.

We are sorry that you are unhappy with the way your move out has been handled however, per the legal contract you signed, everyone is required to give a 60 day notice in writing. We appreciate that you have been great resident and would be happy to discuss this matter in person. If you would like to extend your move out date to the 60 day notice, there would be no additional fees or charges. Due to fair-housing laws we cannot make exemptions to the lease contract.
caleb seegers 1 review in the last week I lived here in a 2br for a year and a few months, mostly due to it being some what inexpensive( in midland at least) compared to other apartments. To start, all the appliances were old, the cabinets were worn down and poorly kept, and the toilets/bathtubs constantly needed repairs. The walls paint job and plastering were obviously not finished carefully and the ac underperformed( even with a brand new air filter), also having a funky smell in the vents. In addition, the washing machines and dryers constantly needed repairs and barely worked. Laura and Brittany, the apt managers, were extremely helpful and friendly. They were the only positive about Coventry Pointe. I highly suggest not living here unless you are pressed with money and willing to live in a frustrating and subpar apartment complex.
Coventry Pointe apartments are in a great location. Management is friendly, attentive in a timely manner and the property is well kept & maintained.
