Quick unit maintenance response & friendly staff are top best qualitiesof the property. Slow to initiate/continue pest control and pool maintenance are downsides.

Rent high and just keeps on increasing plus I was moved into a unit with cracks in the foundation and embedded mold on the walls and sink, but interacting with the apartment staff is always easy even if it does take a little back and forth they usually work with you pretty well and there's always something eventful they have to offer. Really it was the condition of the apartment that threw me off idk if it's cus Im young or cus i didn't do a walk through. I was even informed that some of the appliances, when I've needed maintenance, are outdated. Just an honest review, stuck around because it's peaceful and they leave you alone neighbors aren't nosey at least mine aren't , community is okay even though the residents seem to be prone to throwing their trash outside on the ground so sometimes it's on my patio so when I have kids over I have to be cautious for them to go out there.when the grass gets cut it's all on my patio and whatever they blow around with the leaf blower.

Until now the experience has been very good, the apartment very comfortable, and the community very quiet. It should be noted that on the 1st day the refrigerator did not work, I called the condominium and in less than 30 minutes I already had a new refrigerator at the door of the apartment, with very professional treatment from the maintenance person. The only thing that can be improved in my experience so far is the parking spaces, they are very limited and sometimes I have to parking a little far from the apartment.

It is a good place to be, very quiet and close to the stores, the only bad thing is that the parcel shipments do not reach the device they have for that and they make you register and in the end it does not work

Neighborhood is pretty quiet, which is great with two school kids. The community is kept up by the staff. We like going to the pool in the summer time. And like the community events held in the office.

Lovely place to live i been living here with my familys over the pass 8 years i love it so much every thing is great here my kids love living here the apartment is very nice the only problem i have is the laundry room most of the machine dont work and also the dryer for such a big apartment they need to do better about the wash rooms

My move in experience was great not knowing what to expect moving from Dallas to a small town. Cedar and the Manager were very friendly and professional. My apartment was clean and I was pleasantly surprised that everything went so well! Thank you to the Fountains at Waterford Staff!

Not worth the money. Pay the extra so you don't have to deal with what comes with this place. I lived here for over a year ( only because the rent was affordable and we were saving to buy a house) The floors are so thin that when I would be walking around down stairs could hear us. I once had them call management on me cause they couldn't sleep, it was mid afternoon! But since they were oil field workers I need to respect that. When I told her that she could come inside and walk around and her to would see that there is no way around old floors. Your bound to make noise... she told if something happened to them it would be on me. Seriously women ! Yet I would complain about them drinking on my steps and not getting up when i was coming with groceries and nothing got done. The last staw for me was when I was out of town and when I came back my neighbor had told me a man from the apartment below me was sitting on my steps and exposing himself. So I called the manager to ask if this was true cause I had my son that would play out side and she told me it was none of my business in which I replied that it is when it happens outside of my door. Everything from the AC going out to leaky pipes in the shower. The kitchen cabinets hinges are old and come off constantly. Even if you are like me trying to save alittle extra trust me it's not worth it.

So we moved here from NC about 6 months ago, this was the first place in town that actually contacted us on such short notice and did everything they could to help us find a place to live, a place to call home for the duration we were here. I am so thankful for the ladies at Fountains at Waterford. On top of doing everything they could to help us transition into a brand new place the maintenance guys were very helpful too. They are always there to help whenever needed. If you have something that needs done they are there that same day! If you just need to go into the office and talk to someone they make it aware they will always be there. They have been so good to my little family and i would recommend anyone to live here! Wouldn't change this 6 month stay for anything! Thank y'all so much, we really appreciate you so much! P.S. They love throwing holiday events too! So fun!:) Jessica, Aron and Carter Sigmon

I was happy with the office when they greeted me. They even gave me some money off my rent if I came back with my deposit that day which I did. I was able to get an extra $500 on my first rent off. Davone called me after I moved in to make sure everything was fine. I am happy that I found some place I could afford because several places I looked wanted to much.

I lived here before descent 1 bedroom, didnt like always being bother with flyers and such on my door when I would get home. Office personnel were okay but they billed me for something I had already paid for when I left. I had covered parking but my car still ended up with lots of scratches on it, and people would park in my paid parking to much and I would have to ask them to move. my one bed room apartment did not have washer and dryer connections. I always felt safe living there. People there were friendly.
