Still pretty quiet. Parking situation in the front. IE. People from other complexes park in front of our door. & constant matience people/cars almost daily in the back are a little uncomfortable. Privacy could be upped.

Complex is located in a great neighborhood. It’s accessible to major highways and downtown St Louis. Area has good restaurants, parks, bike trails, stores and entertainment. Staffs and neighbors are friendly and helpful. Pool is nice to have in a warm summer days.

It is a clean and nice place to live. But i have had multiple issues since i moved in. I have made the proper maintenance requests and made complaints to the manager at the main office. It has taken the maintenance people over a month to address my requests and none of the problems have been fixed and yet they mark the maintenance requests as complete.

Pretty well maintained, well sized, affordable, and well located. The real issue seems to be with administration. Not only are they not particularly helpful, but they also seem to be understaffed.

It’s a very nice area and updated apartment with just enough room. Since being here though I have had multiple problems. The ac does not work properly. The dryer broke. Toilet holder broke off the wall. Sliding doors to laundry were off track. The toilet does not flush properly. My roommate and I put in work orders which did not get fixed right away until we called multiple times. The guy who came and fixed everything was very helpful and fixed a lot of our problems right away after we told him everything which I thought was great. But I feel like we should not have had this many problems for being here for only 3 weeks.

Me and my roommate have had a great time since moving in. We have enjoyed walks around the very nice area with my dog. We have also really enjoyed the unground pool.

We love our little home. The neighbors seem to be great and we are in a quiet area. Close to the pool and other areas as well. We have just enough space for all of us.

ReNew overall is a great place to live if you want somewhere safe and quiet. They recently went through a buyout and did a lot of exterior improvements which are nice. Rent went up about 30% from previous years so hopefully that trend doesn't keep up.
