So far my experience hasn’t been great. I haven’t stayed in my unit since I signed my lease. I’m finding issues after issues. I was told my unit was newly renovated but look like all was done was repainted. I have cold breeze coming through back door, front door and front windows which will affect my utility bill heavy

Things have been alright. I love that I can have my dog here so that is a major bonus for me. The maintenance staff is friendly as well as the office staff. My favorite staff member is Ariz!

It is a good complex, the workers and maintenance are very attentive and friendly. I think the prices/charges are a bit excessive for the quality of the apartments, but that’s most apartments in 2025 unfortunately, it’s a good place to live or start off at.

It's Pretty Good, It's Quiet And Peaceful. I Don't Have Any Problems With The Neighbors Or Anything And Everything Is Pretty Close As Far As Grocery Stores and Things.

There are pros and cons of living here, but overall, it’s not that bad. This is my first apartment. Pretty close to a great neighborhood and easily accessible.
Could be better I was placed in a random apartment area due to the housing company’s own miss-scheduling. When I arrived a number of things were not as they should be. I have no hot water, I was missing 4 lightbulbs, the paint touch ups don’t even match the correct wall color. Pros are that the area is safe and quiet but other than that it’s utter disappointment.
overall fantastic living experience. the property is well managed and the community is clean. some maintenence requests take a while, but that is due to the amount of units on the property, i imagine.

I like the apartments besides the fact that they used floor boards for the windows and just slapped paint on top of everything. They could have at least sanded it down some but it’s ok

Unit wasn't ready on move in date, had to resign lease for next day. Unit was dirty at move in (hair painted onto the walls, dishwasher flooded kitchen when used, filthy drawers/cabinets, back door painted shut, shower rod/TP holder not secure to wall) "landlord special" thick white paint, looked nothing like the model unit. Thin walls, 1st floor can hear upstairs neighbor using the restroom. Smoking not allowed but if your neighbors do it anyway you will smell it. Uses RUBs so you never truly know your usage of water/sewer and most likely pay neighbors share. Office staff treat tenants like a nuisance and generally unhelpful. Maintenance requests were fulfilled promptly and personable. Gym facilities OK, cardio machines usually broken. Limited weight training equipment. Laundry facilities OK, normally fairly clean. Would NOT recommend ReNew Centennial.

It’s okay could be better decent living basic the area makes the neighborhood better but if it was a different neighborhood, these apartments wouldn’t be worth all of that

Overall, my experience has been positive. I did not have access to gym or laundry facilities for some time, which I felt I was paying for anyway. The windows are old and not sealed, making heating and cooling less effective. I have received prompt and helpful maintenance requests, but have not received the upgraded blinds I was promised. Plumbing is old, but maintenance is responsive and communicative when needed.

I absolutely LOVE how I’m centrally located and the neighborhood is beautiful. This alone is what keeps me here at ReNew. The staff here at ReNew leasing office is horrific. Their communication is poor and their ability to take accountability is nonexistent. Unfortunately since leaving here I’ve only been met with issues. I pride myself on being a good tenant paying rent on time and helping keep the community clean to only be met with issues from the leasing team. It’s unfortunate to say the leasing staff will be the reason many leave this property.

I love living here so far, the rent isn’t too bad… people are nice pro is playing always washers and dryers available in laundry room, the maintenance on the outside always looks good. There is even a dog park for two years. We have been living here have been nothing but greatness and I would recommend this property to anyone.

The apartment here was not bad. There was a few communication issues, like they didn't call me about a maintenance check up. The apartment isn't bad, and maintenance is good about being quick with repairs.

Peaceful community. Close to local restaurants, stores, and Galleria Mall. Easy access to walking trails. The management staff are friendly and professional always have a warm welcome.

The apartments are nice it’s just too small. Kitchen is not big enough and has limited counter space. The stove is very small so it limits what can be cooked. Living room has no light source.

Quiet neighborhood,they cut the grass a lot and do regular maintenance at a decent pace just wish the add a playground and second pool ! Other wise great place to live
