It is a good complex, the workers and maintenance are very attentive and friendly. I think the prices/charges are a bit excessive for the quality of the apartments, but that’s most apartments in 2025 unfortunately, it’s a good place to live or start off at.

It has been good up until the second night and o cannot use my washer. I am paying for the amenities and this should have all been checked on before I moved in. Shouldn’t have to take me to check around after move in and now I have to go pay to wash.

It's Pretty Good, It's Quiet And Peaceful. I Don't Have Any Problems With The Neighbors Or Anything And Everything Is Pretty Close As Far As Grocery Stores and Things.
Great people that were extremely helpful and supportive and made the experience simple and enjoyable. Definitely the best experience I’ve had in a long time and I recommend highly to anyone looking to make the most out of their move.

So far I love the area and I love how fast maintenance responds. However, I don't like how small the stove is and the fact that mine has been painted. Parking is hard at night and with me having long days it's a bummer. I enjoy how the property have events to engage with the tenants.

There are pros and cons of living here, but overall, it’s not that bad. This is my first apartment. Pretty close to a great neighborhood and easily accessible.
Could be better I was placed in a random apartment area due to the housing company’s own miss-scheduling. When I arrived a number of things were not as they should be. I have no hot water, I was missing 4 lightbulbs, the paint touch ups don’t even match the correct wall color. Pros are that the area is safe and quiet but other than that it’s utter disappointment.
overall fantastic living experience. the property is well managed and the community is clean. some maintenence requests take a while, but that is due to the amount of units on the property, i imagine.

Too many things have been going wrong with the apartment fixtures. I have had to place at least a minimum of 10 maintenance requests in 5 months

I like the apartments besides the fact that they used floor boards for the windows and just slapped paint on top of everything. They could have at least sanded it down some but it’s ok

Unit wasn't ready on move in date, had to resign lease for next day. Unit was dirty at move in (hair painted onto the walls, dishwasher flooded kitchen when used, filthy drawers/cabinets, back door painted shut, shower rod/TP holder not secure to wall) "landlord special" thick white paint, looked nothing like the model unit. Thin walls, 1st floor can hear upstairs neighbor using the restroom. Smoking not allowed but if your neighbors do it anyway you will smell it. Uses RUBs so you never truly know your usage of water/sewer and most likely pay neighbors share. Office staff treat tenants like a nuisance and generally unhelpful. Maintenance requests were fulfilled promptly and personable. Gym facilities OK, cardio machines usually broken. Limited weight training equipment. Laundry facilities OK, normally fairly clean. Would NOT recommend ReNew Centennial.

It’s okay could be better decent living basic the area makes the neighborhood better but if it was a different neighborhood, these apartments wouldn’t be worth all of that

Overall, my experience has been positive. I did not have access to gym or laundry facilities for some time, which I felt I was paying for anyway. The windows are old and not sealed, making heating and cooling less effective. I have received prompt and helpful maintenance requests, but have not received the upgraded blinds I was promised. Plumbing is old, but maintenance is responsive and communicative when needed.

I love the location of ReNew Centennial. It is close to every place I like to go. I've lived here for many years and like the other residents that live in my building. We look out for each other. I absolutely LOVE how I’m centrally located and the neighborhood is beautiful. This alone is what keeps me here at ReNew. The staff here at ReNew leasing office is horrific. Their communication is poor and their ability to take accountability is nonexistent. Unfortunately since leaving here I’ve only been met with issues. I pride myself on being a good tenant paying rent on time and helping keep the community clean to only be met with issues from the leasing team. It’s unfortunate to say the leasing staff will be the reason many leave this property.

I love living here so far, the rent isn’t too bad… people are nice pro is playing always washers and dryers available in laundry room, the maintenance on the outside always looks good. There is even a dog park for two years. We have been living here have been nothing but greatness and I would recommend this property to anyone.

The apartments are nice it’s just too small. Kitchen is not big enough and has limited counter space. The stove is very small so it limits what can be cooked. Living room has no light source.

Quiet neighborhood,they cut the grass a lot and do regular maintenance at a decent pace just wish the add a playground and second pool ! Other wise great place to live

We have lived here almost 3 years. Some times it’s been better than others but overall it’s been a good place to live. Good neighborhood, close to the city but far enough away to still feel quiet. Good yard upkeep, decent prices.

I think the staff are amazing and truly appreciate their willingness to work with residents, especially during challenging times like falling behind on rent. They’ve shown flexibility and understanding, and most maintenance issues are handled within 24–48 hours, which I value. However, there’s a disconnect in communication. Important updates aren’t always shared clearly or promptly, which can be frustrating—especially with recurring issues like lock and heating problems. I was once locked out due to a faulty lock and told to contact a locksmith, even though I had my key and hadn’t damaged the door. That situation wasn’t a true lockout and created a major inconvenience and safety concern, especially as a single mother with a toddler. It was resolved the next day after I emailed management. Despite this, I love the location—it’s peaceful, quiet, and feels safe for me and my daughter. With better communication and consistency, this would be an ideal place to live.

I really enjoy the area I live in, I haven’t had any issues thus far with residents . I keep too myself. One thing I don’t like is that my apt hvac unit get under under it every time it rains and has to be extracted.

Friendly staff, quiet community and quick response to maintenance concerns. My experience living here has been very pleasant. Close to shopping and on the bus line. Pet friendly too. Dog park for your pets to play and make friends.
