Tour/ process Rosa did such an amazing job at making the process as easy and comfortable as possible. Out of many apartments we visited we felt like she genuinely cared about helping us find the perfect place. Not only did it feel like she was just trying to help but doing it with peace and mind knowing that we were going through rough patch and keeping us as patient and confident to get our place. I definitely would recommend her to anyone who is looking for their first apartment.

Once a great place For most of the 11 years we lived here , things were great. The neighbors were awesome , pretty much family. The last few years , have not been pleasant though. Many have experienced break ins to their vehicles, pest control has been lacking ( we had caught two mice in the last two months of living there , and hearing the various monthly rate issues some were having was quite distressing. Management has changed so much , it’s hard to really build a community feel to the place. Our rent went up so much this last time , we needed to make other arrangements to have a place to stay. We will miss what used to be a great community.

Used to be better I’ve lived here for 4-5 years. The last two years have been the worst. For one nobody responds to emails or answers the main line. I’ve been paying for pest control and nobody comes and sprays. the other day I had 3 wasps in my apartment. I’m also allergic so this is a problem. The stink bugs are bad as well. I put maintenance requests and they don’t get fixed. Door frame on the balcony is broken, so I can’t even crack the door to let a breeze in. there’s holes in my ac frame, the thermostats is broken and they put the wrong type that belongs with central heating and air systems on so it still doesn’t control the heat, my bathroom sink has a dribble of water coming out all of a sudden, the bathtub paint is fully chipped off. I have to manually control it from the baseboard system. There’s a charge for utilities and nobody has explained that to me. The laundry facilities ruin clothes. The dryers have holes in the back of them that rip your clothing. The prices keep raising yet the quality of the place is going down. I’d love to have my emails responded to AT LEAST. Instead of feeling like I’m ignored and not taken seriously

Great Place To Live! Renew was my first apartment and was a fantastic place to live! Maintenance were responsive and friendly whenever something broke, the mail and fitness rooms being 24/7 were a plus, and the office staff were easy to reach and interact with!

Very Appreciative to Renew Aurora & Management Sept 1st 2024 was the start of my new lease and my 2nd year here at Renew Aurora. I love my apartment and the whole complex in a whole! The building is also dead center in the middle of a GREAT & SAFE neighborhood where my son & daughter can come visit me as they please. I am also very greatful to management and all the help they have provided to me... Thanks for allowing me a second year Renew... MUCH APPRECIATED & IT IS SUCH A GREAT PLACE!!!
Great for a student or single parent, great first apartment as well. Property management works with you as far as extensions if having trouble paying rent. lovely apartment layout not too much traffic coming in and out of building enjoyed my 12 months of staying here.
