Property Ratings at Renaissance Properties
When we first moved in back in 2020 the place was great except for slow maintenance and not enough parking in the Terrace apartments area. Now it’s so loud and noisy at night, the garbage and trash isn’t maintained properly and ends up all over the place, still not enough parking, it’s become ridiculously too expensive to live here, you have to pay extra just to use the pool for 3 months during the summer, but maintenance has improved. In my opinion NOT worth it!!!
I moved here last March into a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom apartment. This was the best place I have ever lived. It was calm, peaceful, and served its purpose as we each decided to go our separate ways. Shared between 4 people, this was not only an affordable experience, but a comfortable one throughout COVID-19. While there were few expenses covered, it was easy to manage among 4 people, and would still be worth it among 3 individuals or 2 assuming your salaries were each in the 50-70k range. The location was conveniently down the road from Shoprite, a liquor store, dollar store, and various restaurants from Afghan food to Italian or Asian. Had I not been expecting twins, I would have continued living here since it is in a convenient location, neighbors are pleasant, and I have had minimal issues. The only gripes I may have had were the fact that not much was included, and sometimes the lazier neighbors leave there trash in random places, but overall I have been satisfied with my stay here. During the winter on snow days, you do have to park on the side streets so they can plow or you may get towed—and the walk to the side streets can be a hike—but overall, the area was diverse, comfortable, quiet, and safe. I am grateful for my time here, and I am disappointed that I cannot stay due to certain circumstances. However, I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. Plenty of space, affordable (especially for the convenient location), peaceful environment, and better than I anticipated. People may have their complaints in the reviews, but I do not share those same issues as the team here has been very responsive to requests made.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! 5 tenants suffered a vehicle loss because they have plastic dumpsters near parking spots. The plastic dumpsters caught on fire the property did nothing to reach out to the tenants or have any sort of empathy. Ppl complained fo years about these dumpsters it never got fixed. Do not waste your money.
Please be informed that Middlesex Management manages this property: The management company NEVER returns call and has a very difficult time answering tenant questions. The property gave me a hard time when asked to view the unit I signed a lease for. Proceed with caution!
