The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Remington Court
The first night I moved in, I started noticing bed bugs on the walls. I immediately left and called the management, who tried to claim that I might have brought the bed bugs in on the uhaul when I moved. This, despite the bugs literally crawling out of the walls (particularly a crack under a window). They released me from the lease, but ultimately I have had to spend a great deal of money repeatedly renting a uhaul and having my things fumigated after being in the apartment. There was clearly a large infestation in the walls that they need to deal with before anyone else moves into these apartments.
Beautiful views of ponds and very friendly staff!!
Lived here for a full year. Let's start with the pros. The office employees are all top notch - no matter what my concern is the office staff are always welcoming and helpful. Maintenance is very fast to respond and will prioritize you if your issue is pressing. The property is very well maintained and looks beautiful during the summer! The water gets *very* hot which I love! They also frequently have community events which are pretty fun - a lot of apartments don't do fun community things, and if you're not the social type that's fine you don't have to participate. Huge bonus that all the shopping centers and restaurants are also a stone's throw away. Now for the cons. Remington Courts is owned by a corporate company so if you have an issue that isn't "standard" the office staff will have their hands tied due to the corporate red tape. Also a lot of the neighbors like to gossip so be careful what you tell people because word will spread. Lastly, the smoke detector is installed right next to the kitchen - good luck cooking *anything* on the stovetop without setting off the dang thing and bothering the neighbors. The complaints I have are moreso minor annoyances than actual grievances. Overall Remington really is a great place to live.
Remington Court is a big step up from campus housing, or even those apartments nearest campuses that are marketed at students. New cabinets, new carpet, spacious apartments, sturdy balconies with staircases... everything just feels high-quality. The apartments look out over a pond with a few trees. Very nice, as it gives a secluded, country-ish feel, while the apartments are close to shopping.
