Move in and leasing was smooth, complex is clean, secure, and well-maintained. Common spaces are well kept and the staff are great to work with. No issues with my unit!
I like the place, people in the front desk are very resourceful and friendly. I like the amenities , but there are some maintenance issues to be fix in the building. When using the load area for bringing my stuff there is always a white truck parked, so I couldn’t use the dock.
Moving in was super easy and staff is very attentive and gets back to you immediately. Arturo did a great job helping me move in and made the process easy.
Cool enough but not so cool that id recommend it to my friends. The packages going missing is pretty insane and just the fact that staff doesn't seem to care at all.
Beautiful units and great amenities. Friendly community and the property manager, Arturo, is always so pleasant to interact with. The surrounding neighborhood offers tons of options for going out as well.
Was told we would receive 2 months off rent but after paying to apply we found out we only get 1 month off rent. A little disappointed in that since the tour guide explicitly said “8 weeks free” multiple times during our tour.
Great amenities. Guest suite for friends in town was great and cheaper than a hotel for them. Lots of great stuff in the neighborhood and being by the lake is great.
Amazing location and staff was understanding when I got sick on my move in day. They gave me an extra day to turn in my move in sheet, etc. Very helpful!
The location is great, very walkable to restaurants, the movie theater, and Sloans Lake. The amenities are nice too, especially the co-working spaces in the lobby.
I just moved in and the application and move in process were easy and smooth. My place was mostly clean and in great shape. Excited for my new place!
I had a package stolen once, but it never turned up. But other than that, everything's been fine. I like the condo. I have lived here for two years, and I want to live at least another year here.
Residents have been incredibly welcoming and friendly. Front desk is also very nice and patient. The unit was not thoroughly cleaned when we moved in, and the air filters have not been changed. Otherwise, happy to be here!

It’s been good! Living space is solid and area is quaint. No complaints so far. Has a pool, hot tub, and is by multiple restaurants. Pretty sweet having a movie theater there too.
To be honest…. I have written multiple 1 star reviews. The dog wash is a closet. The air freshener used in the community areas is suffocating. Rarely do I get coffee but when I do it’s always out. The printer sucks. The extra costs are insane. Why am I paying trash three times? I have to pay for services I don’t use. And then the tvs and lights and fireplaces stay on at all time which I have to pay for? This place is wildly over priced for the lack of quality in my opinion. I pay over $200 in extra fees and then still have to pay my own utilities is a scam. And people constantly let their dogs pee all over my stairs. Oh and our packages are constantly stolen or ripped wide open and stolen. This is also wildly unacceptable. Cars get broken into or hit and there is zero accountability or assistance from management on gathering video etc. No one cares at all and for what we pay for this place that is fake luxury is a darn joke.
Overall good, fob access and door latches need to be fixed. Key pad for access would be nice in one door in the event of forgotten fob. Needs more coffee cups for coffee station.
Fantastic location next to Sloans Lake. Lots of yummy food spots within walking distance. The hot tub is large and well maintained. Free 20 cups of coffee every month is very cool. Gym has everything I want and more. Pool table needs replacing, but it gets the job done and is accessible 24/7. Maintenance requests get addressed in a timely manner. Front desk staff is amazing, just be nice and cool.

The location is decent enough, but the walls are made of paper. If you want to live here then I'd recommend only choosing something on the top floors.
Great neighborhood, nice amenities, maintenance and office staff are always on top of things. Valet trash is the only thing I’d say is unreliable.
We haven't moved completely yet. But I give one a star because of how we found the apartment. The windows filled with dust and the shower looks dirty.
Rent is expensive but everything else is really good! I like that I am close to a lot of great restaurants, gyms and Sloan lake! I like that it is a younger crowd too.
This place has been basically perfect. The location is beautiful and everyone is so kind. There’s never too much noise and it’s especially quiet at night. I’ve loved Regatta since I moved in!

Ever since we moved here we’ve been so impressed with the staff… everyone from maintenance to the office staff are always so friendly, responsive, and helpful! We enjoy the community events too. Our only complaint has been Valet Living trash and recycling service is extremely inconsistent so we hope they cancel the service or get another provider. We’d also love a better system to let people in like ButterflyMX as it’s difficult for guests with a fob system.

Overall, this is a poorly maintained and poorly managed building asking premium prices because it's in a great neighborhood. Instead of fixing the door handles when they get loose and fall off, management has taken to replacing them with a cheap piece of sheet metal. Further, there is consistently stolen mail, trash throughout the building, broken grills and people sleeping in the stairwells. Management has consistently been increasing maintenance fees without providing any value for the fee increase.

Their building is in a great spot but the change in management to Asset Living in June 2023 has made this property uninhabitable. They have let the property continuously degrade, with broken dirty and beyond repair. The main elevator in the building was down for seven months with no communication from the leasing office other than “it’s being worked on”. Also had no secured parking for over 9 months with a broken and nonexistent gate. We still had the pleasure of paying for parking though! The extra fees that are tacked on to your apartment equate to an extra 250-300 dollars on top of the base rent. Definitely not even close to worth it to have to deal with the terrible, non responsive management. Do yourself a favor and give your money to someone who actually cares about the property they manage.
