Refugio Place

When I moved into my apartment I didn't know there was bugs it got so worse the roches got more and I have the every where we told them we need help they don't do anything I don't want to live here but got no choice!!!!

Great price and location; sometimes need 3 reminders to get maintenance work done but last time just asked office manager and it was done. Overall, very satisfied.

Seems like a great place! About a mile from downtown San Antonio, literal walk through the park. Friendly and professional staff.

The maintenance staff at Refugio is great. They're responsive, friendly, and helpful. I'm a long-term resident (15 years), and I've seen multiple maintenance teams come and go. This team has been around for a very long time now and they're one of the best.

Competitive rent in a great location, excellent amenities and community-style living.

It seems to be quiet and to have quality residents in the buildings 5 and 6 areas.

I have felt very safe here. Maintenance responds in a Timely manner.

I really like the apartment but it is the maintenance that is the only problem.

I love this apartment, the location gives perfect access to the downtown complex while still being just out of the way enough to not get caught up in the craziness. It's beautiful around here, most of the people are very nice and neighborly, and if I can help it I wouldn't live anywhere else. Everyone looking for a decent place they don't mind spending a little extra on should definitely think about moving to Refugio Place. I didn't actually leave, I moved a couple doors down from a two bedroom to a one bedroom, because as it turns out I didn't need all the space in the two bedroom. I highly recommend living in any Lincoln Property, your company takes good care of its domains and also of its residents.

I "would" for the location and price but "would not" for the lack of a pool and the noise of the train at all hours.

The maintenance and leasing office personnel have always been prompt and assisted me in my every needs.

I love the apartment complex vut not the parking. Plus the gates were never working.

Maintenance requests were not completed. Buildings are infested with German roaches regardless of pest control. Gated are never worked leaving residents without parking many times.

I love my apartment but I wouldn't recommend it because The walls are extremely thin and poorly insulated. In the winter it's extremely cold as a result. I hear all noises outside and in the hallway. My upstairs neighbor stomps really hard even at 6 am and it's really loud and aggravating.

Great office and maintenance personnel, close to downtown, great value, apartment units themselves are very nice for the price you pay.

Andres and Edgar have always been attentive and quick with taking care of my needs. Those guys are the best. :)

I would recommend this because inside the apartment everything looks new and appealing to the eyes, I would not recommend because there's no elevator and really hard to bring groceries up to the apartments

It is a quiet place with homely atmosphere. I am able to pay the rent on-line; that is really cool. The apartment is spacious that makes it very comfortable.

I would definitely recommend on the location of the property. However, I am concerned that the long term facility needs are not being addressed (i.e. rotted siding, windows in apartments not functioning properly, etc)

It took a while and the refrigerator light still doesnt work and hasn't since we moved in. I still like it though.

The leasing office and maintenance staff are all very helpful and accommodating.
