It’s been alright I haven’t even been to my place in like 3 months and the buyout process is useless for a low income apt asking to pay pretty much 85% or more to buyout the lease when u restrict them to make a certain amount a month is kinda crazy and no pest control has ever came inside my apartment after asking multiple times the only people that respond are maintenance and office very rarely I have to call like 7 times through the day to get one response
The apartment itself is lovely and new. Nice appliances & the unit feels spacious. The staff I've interacted with have been very kind. The complex is surrounded by new build construction so there is constant dust & construction noise, probably for another year I'm guessing? Looks to be large subdivision.

My experience hasn't been bad , however, it has been the best. Dog poop is always in the yard , too the stairwell being filthy and cars being park with no stickers. Also, being charge a 50 dollar violation fee without receiving a notice is the topper on the cake.

Awesome community, Excellent staff. Great amenities. The pool is always blue and the gym is kept tidy. The staff at Redwood are always friendly and ready to assist. My kids really enjoy the 2 playgrounds and the fun events hosted at the community.
