Great little community We just toured, and the apartments seem very nice for the price. Nice, quiet community with no frills but a good value. Close to everything you’d need from a grocery store to a movie theater. Mary was delightful and did a great job showing us around and explaining how everything works.

Great place to live! We love living in redwood properties! Always the nicest people working for them, from the office to the maintenance team. The Noblesville property has a country living feel to it, but with all the shopping just down the street.

I toured Redwood Apartments today in Noblesville. Cameron, the property manager was very nice and friendly. He was able to answer all my questions and address all of my concerns as it’s been a while since I rented. We are looking for an immediate place to call home for the time being; Unfortunately the wait list isn’t an option for us but I still wanted to write this review just because how positive our experience with Cameron was! He was happy, efficient, welcomed us with a smile, and tailored the tour to meet my needs and it felt personable. I have toured 4-5 other communities recently and we felt more welcomed at Redwood than anywhere else. Thanks, Cameron/Redwood for the wonderful tour ??. I will definitely be referring any friends/family and coworkers.

They tell you that lawn care and snow removal is included but beware... They DO NOT take care of the grass or landscaping. I've been here approximately 7 months and the grass gets so long because they only have it mowed every two weeks. I asked my neighbor who has been here 3 years and she said it's always like this. I literally had to go get my lawn mower out of storage and mow my own grass just so I'm not embarrassed to have company over and entertain. I spoke to the manager Eric and he basically blew me off. I spoke with the maintenance manager (great guy) he told that they aware of it and they were receiving many complaints about it. He also told me that corporate was coming that day and they were going to discuss it. Clearly, they were not discussing it because its always been this way according to other tenants.

I started living at The Hamptons almost a year ago. Whenever I have a maintenance problem they are on it. It is well kept and the office staff are a delight. It is also in the best part of town so you can walk to get groceries or even to the movies!!!
We have lived at the Hamptons in Noblesville for almost 1 1/2yrs now and it is truly the best decision we've made!! We downsized from our big house into a 2bed/ 2 bath with den apartment and it so much more than an apartment, it's a home and we love it!! If you're looking for upgrades, this is the place for you! Open floor plan, granite counter tops in the kitchen and baths, wood flooring and stainless steel appliances. This is maintenance free living at it's best!!! The grounds are well taken care of and they even plow our driveway!! No association fees either, you've gotta love that!! The location is excellent, a short walk to the movie theatre with stores and restaurants right down the street!!! Stop by the office/model for a tour. The folks in the office are exceptionally nice and helpful!! We love our Redwood community that much and hope that they'll build in Florida so we can eventually relocate and retire! : )
Great space! They allow three pets and they have attached garages. Not many apartments offer both! Love the kitchen!
