Property Ratings at Redmond Hill
You are not physically able go into the office ever because of COVID concerns, but whenever you try to call them nobody ever answers. There is trash everywhere and property maintenance does not seem to pick up the garbage around the property, but instead parks their golf carts in tenant parking spots (which is limited) and smoke. On more than one occasion there have been notices to entire the apartment for routine maintenance only to not come when they say they will and come a few days later with no notice. There are children playing and screaming throughout the property and play in the parking lot. STAY AWAY!!!
Worst management.. Manager is so rude and she thinks talking to us and answering questions is waste of time. She ask you to read through the 50 page lease agreement for every single time. Ideally they should send lease renewal notice at least month in advance.. I had to followup several times through emails and calls. Same thing happened when I moved out.. Finally I've to pay additional $700 unnecessarily for rent. I've lived in several apartments before in different states. This is by far the worst community ever. Most of them including manager is rude and doesn't want to listen to your concern and help. I moved in here during COVID. They showed us nicer model apartment. When we moved in its completely different. I don't recommend this community to anyone. Glad I bought a house and moved on from here. So frustrating..
This place is pretty great, good amenities, great price. Redmond is a bit slower compared to other areas, but that's not the fault of the apartment complex. The people are fantastic and I love that unlike a lot of other places they'll happily accept packages at the leasing office, then let you pick them up when you come home from work.
The Staff in the office are so arrogant, worst experience with staff
Ever since Essex have started buying communities in this area, this company have created the monopoly and jacked up rent while having the worst customer service. Government should investigate this company. All in all stay away from Essex properties and soon this company will be out of businness.
