Very good amenities and the pool is amazing. They normally keep all the areas very clean. The new color of the building is amazing I feel it makes it look much better

Living at Red Road Commons has been amazing. The apartments are modern and comfortable, and the amenities from the pool to the fitness center are excellent. The staff is friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any needs. Plus, the location is perfect, close to everything while still feeling peaceful. It truly feels like home, and I highly recommend it!

Great facilities and personal is really nice. Very enojable give aways too. However, it is a quite noisy area due to the metro and sometimes at night it does not feel completely safe

My experience in Red Road Commons is being amazing. Definitely recommended the proximity to University of Miami. Being close also from the public transport, metro, buses, ... The people that live in this neighborhood is amazing everybody is around my age!

Good apartment community and good staff that responds quickly when called. It can sometimes be noisy at night but otherwise a good place to live.

Sometimes there is many noise from the metro and the trash is on rhe corridor. Even so, the facilities are great and the office personal very nice

Its extremely Convenient to walk to campus, timely-service, great people, cleanliness, spacious apartments, super safe to walk around the complex, to be at the gym.

I feel very comfortable and at peace. I love the running water sounds from the pool. I like to sit on my balcony and listen to it. The apartment is very spacious and I don’t hear much noise from outside. I like that the halls are cool and not hot.

Safe, easy to take help, accommodating, organised, its the perfect complex, the gym is great and do is the pool. I love the balconies as a house without a balcony is practically not a house, the rooms feel expansive, quick lifts, great people at the office.

Good experience. However, I have noticed a concerning trend regarding certain utility fees, such as trash collection and sewer treatment charges, which seem to be increasing month by month. While I understand that operational costs may fluctuate due to inflation or other factors, these consistent rises in fees place an unexpected financial burden on residents/customers like myself.

Only one elevator works, most of the time the lease agents dont answer emails. I had a lot of trouble with the app and with the late payments as soon as the two first days in the month arrive. However teh true issue is the dirtyness and uncomfortability of the elevator, besides this, everything else has been pleasurable.

Leasing office is super helpful and maintenance comes within a day. Amenities are super nice and cleaned all the time. Apartment is stunning and has everything we need.

Nice, although sometimes the trash is on the corridor and the emails are not answered very often. Overall a good experience, even so there are some things about the location that concern me whenever I come back home alone

the experience of staying in red roads was really amazing. I feel safe and comfortable. they have free replacement on any appliance comes with the apartment i never experienced that before. they are quick to replace.

Smooth move in process with very helpful staff. Apartment was very clean while moving in with no issues at all. This has been the best move in experience since I have moved to Miami.

Moving in very smooth and not so noisy, staff are very very very nice and ac at unit is really good, a little bit noisy when fan is on but still acceptable. Parking sometimes gets busy

I like living in Red roads, it’s good to be around other students. But i think something that’s taking away from my experience is accessibility, maintenance, and staff.

Great experience so far! Staff are very welcoming, easy move-in, clean complex! Wonderful amenities as well as nice, renovated, spacious units.

the security and maintenance is excellent. friendly staff, good atmosphere. easy accessible to campus. maybe they could have temporary sleeping mattress or floor mat would be helpful. i highly recommeded this. thank you

It was very pleasant stay we had a lot of fun, good environment and the leasing office is great with the coffee machine and stuff for the residents and the gym and pool were great

Coming to Red Roads, Anthony and Codi were super helpful with move in. Apartment appliances had some issues but maintenance fixed them quickly upon move in.

I love living here, everything about the red roads commons is great. i especially love that you will find some of your schoolmates who also live in the buildings, which gives this complex some familiarity and community.

Red road commons is a good place to live when attending the University of Miami. Mostly occupied by students. Close to campus and shops and restaurants. Fully equipped gym and pool with outdoor grills.

Love how nice the apartments are! My roommates and I love it here :) We are college students at the U and the location has made getting to important places incredibly easy.

A great apartment complex. It is noisy and packages get stolen. There are great amenities such as a fully equipped gym and clean pool and two grills.

This community is very nice and all but i wish there were more community events and socials. I don’t really know any of my neighbors and it’d be a lot more beneficial if this apartment complex had social gatherings for resident to talk and get to know each other.

The leasing desk was very friendly and informative. They got everything done super quickly which I really appreciated. All my questions were addressed.

Red Roads is fine for the most part but the fact that the fire alarm seems to go off at least once a week is almost unbearable as I keep losing sleep when its going off at 3am and I have class the next day,

currently awake at 2:19am to a fire alarm that has been going on for 15 minutes. This is the second fire alarm in 3 days that blares non stop for 15 minutes. no warning, no explanation, no follow up email, nothing. there are at LEAST 5 fire alarms a month, and those are the ones im home for. and again, no warning or explanation. and the garage elevator doesn’t work for days following a fire alarm.

This apartment is very clean and the amenities are well maintained. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. On occasion, it can be noisy, as any other apartment can be.

The resident experience here has been comfortable, I enjoy being able to request maintenance on a regular basis. The staff is amenable and the residents are friendly.

The mail room situation isn’t great. packages are expected to only be delivered during the hours the office is open. Many packages get left sitting in the mail room not in a specific mailbox and someone stole my package.

Wonderful, clean pool. A nice place to grill out and a fully equipped gym. The only things that can be fixed are the fire alarms go off at least weekly and packages get stolen.

My daughter absolutely loves it at Red Road Commons. Would not consider living anywhere else. So thankful for a nice and safe complex that she can still walk to school. It’s going to be even better after renovations. We can’t wait!

It’s been cool, nothing crazy. It is annoying that there are so many fire drills at odd hours, and after each one the elevator for building b’s garage always stops working after them.

Constant fire alarms are something that will deter anyone from living here. Other than that, has been a pretty good experience. Also, the fact that the garage elevator turns off for a week every time the fire alarm goes off is obnoxious too

While the building isn’t as modern as many nearby apartments, it is still a great place for students to live. Very large rooms, in unit washer and dryer, and a bathroom in each room.
