Range Apartments

I am a current renter but do not recommend this complex. Property Management is very poor or non-existent, takes forever to get a maintenance request completed - have been waiting more than 4 months to get a wall repaired due to pocket door failure, grounds are not well maintained, the water in the jacuzzi is yellow, club house is dirty and banged up furniture, and bicycle storage is a joke (all bikes are on top of each other). Overall, ownership and management are very poor & careless - they are reflecting their heart is not into the rental business. Too bad as it has a great location. My lease expires in a few months and I will be looking for a new place to rent.

All the staff are delightful human beings and seem to put forth their best effort; however, this doesn't offset the gross amount paid in rent and the frustration with maintenance service delays. If I had a choice, I would not live here, especially after finding out that to move down to the first floor will increase my rent per month significantly (about $400) despite being a tenant in good standing.

Would not recommend living here unless you have no where else to live. The staff are all super friendly and personable, but the property is overpriced and lacks attention considering how much rent costs, paired with how little space and storage you get.

The range is a great place to call home with easy access to all of the amenities bend has to offer.

I had asked repeatedly to be relocated to a unit with less sun, I do graphic work which is affected by a space with too much light. It was not my intention to work from home when I signed my lease, the pandemic changed that. According to the property manager I could not relocate to a different unit without my rent increasing to the going rate. Knowing that Range would then increase the rent for the unit I was departing I found this to be unacceptable. I have always paid my rent on time and believe it would have been in the interests of Range to work with me on this issue, management made it clear they had no interest in doing so. I enjoyed my time at Range and am disappointed I have to go.

Clean and well maintained but lacking storage space

My patio faces Discovery Park. I often sit outside and say "hi" to passers by (and their dogs.) This is a lovely part of the Bend Community and I am so pleased to live here. And my dog Lulu agrees! :)

Quiet, safe, well maintained property across from a lovely park. Expensive for the square footage provided; adjacent storage would be beneficial as closets are very small.

Love The Range apartments - excellent, beautiful location away from the hustle & bustle of downtown but still a bike ride away, next to a beautiful park (including doggie park), great restaurants and trails galore. Highly recommend!

Well maintained and clean/ quiet respectful neighbors except the smokers who should be careful with all the dry weeds- fire concerns

The manager is wonderful and so helpful. Ive been renting here for 2 years and have absolutely no complaints. I would highly recommend the Range.

Management Really helps you when you need them too. Response time is always fast and they work with you if anything is wrong.

Nice looking, clean and safe apartments and in an amazingly beautiful location. The staff are nice, responsive and professional.

The Range Apartments provide quiet and spacious, modern living spaces in a beautiful location close to beautiful Discovery Park in Northwest Crossing. Sparrow bakery and a large variety of restaurants are within walking distance. The Grove Market Place scheduled to open this year will increase the walk -ability access to goods and services even more. All of these amenities are offered at reasonable monthly rates with sustainable lease options. The Range Apartments are managed onsite by friendly, professional, qualified employees with around-the-clock security access, making this complex the most desirable living choice on Bends westside.

I love the community here. Every person weve met has been a great human being! We love the way the staff/property has dealt with Covid with the sign up for the hot tub/fire pit etc. and the signage at the doors for everyone to wear masks indoors. The location is also amazing being within walking distance from northwest crossing and the parks.

I love living at the Range because it's made it easier to find a community even in a pandemic. Sara and Tony are both very friendly and sincere about taking care of the people who live here. Everything is very walkable and my view of the hills behind the park is amazing.

When April and I arrived in Bend, we knew finding an affordable dog friendly & nice apartment with a good walk score would be a challenge. We hit the jackpot when contacting Range Apts. Sarah got us right in line for the next apt and we couldn't be happier with the facilities, location close to trails/park, and walking distance to restaurants. Thank you for making our landing in Bend so easy and awesome!

almost two years here at the range. we feel safe here, we absolutely love the location, love our big, open windows and modern feel. its hard to find an apartment in a location this nice for this price.
