The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Randolph Square Apartments
Location, location, location! You’re close to everything—grocery stores, shops, gyms, restaurants, bars, and the metro station. What else could you ask for? I love that a quick 4-minute drive gets you to just about anywhere you need to be. The management team is always welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Whenever I had an issue (which wasn’t often), they responded quickly and made sure it was resolved right away. The neighbors were great too, and management often organized events to help residents get to know one another—it really created a warm, community feel that made it feel like home. The amenities are well maintained and always clean. I often saw staff tidying up the hallways and taking care of the beautiful flowers and greenery around the property. The pool is spacious and perfect for summer days, whether you have kids or not. I absolutely loved living here and truly miss it. I only moved because my family grew, otherwise I would have stayed even longer. Thank you, RSA, for providing such a safe, welcoming, and well-managed place to call home for nearly three years!
I've lived in several places throughout the DMV area, and this is by far the best. Any time I’ve had an issue, the maintenance team has responded quickly and efficiently. The community is peaceful, the pool is never overcrowded, and there's always plenty of parking available. The location is fantastic—close to everything you need. Compared to other places in the area, this one is hard to beat.
We had a lot of joy at the movie night. The team is so friendly and supportive.
Lived here many years with my wife, Love the Landscaping, Dog Park, Pool, Gym, Grill Deck. All while close to everything.
If you love living with mice then this is your place. If you love random period inspections, maintenance, pest control... whomever needing to always enter your unit. This is your place. The mice were terrible, I broke my lease the second month.
Love living here. It is close to everything. Friendly people in the office that are always available.
Recently moved in to a 2br renovated apartment and have loved everything about my new place! I appreciate all the amenities the community has to offer which are included at no extra cost. Location is also amazing since we are close to shops, restaurants and metro. The leasing office team has been attentive by answering any question I had and made sure my move in was perfect. Thank you Randolph Square!

We are glad to hear you had a great move in experience! Please don't hesitate to call the leasing office should you have have any questions/need assistance. Thank you!
I lived at this property for a couple of years. When I first came I genuinely loved it. Everyone pretty much keeps to themselves and there’s a fair amount shopping close. The part that got me to leave is the management. From my experience I had been lied to a couple times. If you go to them be mindful they will try to put it back on you. Whether that means charging you $100 for a new parking sticker or blaming you for bringing up an issue and making it a problem. Parking is a mess. One day they just decided to stop giving out passes because they don’t have the capacity to support the amount of people within the units. They legit just refused all guest passes and didn’t send any kind of notice. That is just my experience but from speaking with other residents they’re waiting on their lease to expire as well. Glad I got out while I did.

We are sorry to hear about your negative experience. As you know, during this pandemic, many residents have been staying home and parking has been full which is not usual on a normal day. Please remember our priority is our residents and therefore we limited the visitor parking. Let us know if there is anything else we can do to make your experience better. Best Regards!
I like this small community; it is always well maintained and has friendly neighbors. The attention in the office is very personal that makes me feel at home. They come soon every time I call them. The location is close to almost everything. There is no 24 X 7 maintenance service though.

I have a 2bed/2bth. The apartment itself is nice for the price ($1,540). But I wish I could find a similar place closer to DC.
Great place to live, in a nice quiet area with plenty of stores and food places around. Only thing I don't like is the leasing office doesn't provide a guest parking pass you constantly have to ask for a temp pass for your visitors.
