The service is bad. They are rude. All they want is money, if you can find another place to live DON'T CHOOSE THESE APARTMENTS, save yourselves.

Love living here. The staff and maintenance team are awesome. Ranchwood does alot for their community.

We recently moved in here and anytime we've needed to call maintenance, they've been quick and professional; usually the same day. The front office hosts fun days every so often, which are nice, and keep things interesting. Thanks!

I’ve lived here for two years, and just recently signed up for a third. The office staff and maintenance crew are fantastic. Always willing to help, always willing to give you a smile. They have fun Fridays, and random resident appreciation days which is perfect for a working mom like me, because it allows me to actually sit down and have a hot meal with my family. The apartments are spacious, and with 5 growing kids (3 all week and then the other two on the weekends) it’s definitely appreciated. The residents are nice and the complex is very quiet and well cleaned. You can tell the company appreciates a clean and welcoming community.

My mother resides in these apartments were the Management and maintance are not only amazing but make the community even better for everyone with all the events and holidays they interact with their residents. Truely great place!!

Moved in here at the beginning of june and have had nothing but the best experience. Service requests answered in a timely fashion no issues

Ranchwood apartments is a really nice quiet place to live, I have lived here for almost a year and I have loved every day of this complex.

I have lived here for six months and have had no major problems that maintenance could not handle. The office staff is very nice. I like they way that they connect with the tenants and also I really enjoy the little surprizes that give us the opportunities to win things.

My experience with Ranch wood has been petty great, so far. There have been issues, as there always are when moving into a new place, but they've been taken care of in a timely manner, so I don't have any complaints. The neighborgood is reasonably clean and quiet. It's the kind of place where kids can play without worry, and that speaks volumes for the community.

A good apartment, managers are great and maintenance men are good. They are professional and know how to fix things. Some people don't pick up after their dogs, but I do.

The worst place I’ve ever lived. The apartment was dirty moving in carpet stained, my fridge handle was joust glued back on. The office people are very rude and impolite they never answe their phones an “off site” building answers you leave a message nobody gets back to you unless you ask for a head bosses number than they do your repairs and get back to you. The roach problem is ridiculous. They bomb us, than bomb the people above me the following week so they came back to my apartment when called and asked them to please just bomb the whole building as one the ladies response was “go knock on all the neighbors doors and tell them to call the office and schedule them a bombing” instead of them doing it right the first time they want you do it. Change laundry room locks randomly and expect you to buy a 20 key every time. I find knives and razor blades in park. Honestly the worst place I’ve ever lived, trying to find a way to break my lease now as we speak.

I love it! The Staff are so nice, they really do a great job to make it feel like a community here! All types of events, cookouts, raffles, movies, etc. Today they had Taco Tuesday for thier residents. YUM! The maintenance team does a great job and always followup to make sure everything was completed. Grounds & Pool are well maintained as well! I can't recommend Ranchwood enough!

Me and my fiance have been living here for 2 years and the office has been difficult to deal with. It got to the point where I had to talk to the office managers boss and even then nothing was done. Overall it's a bad place to rent.

Love living here! I don’t know about all these other reviews but my apartment doesn’t have bed bugs or roaches! I bet it depends on how clean your keep your apartment! Maintence is amazing! Whenever I have a problem they take care of it the same day! Definitely love it here

Office staff was very friendly and helpful! Plus they always have some community event going on! Maintence always responded within hours! Definitely loved living here!

I have lived in Ranchwood apartments for 10 years and I like this area, it is a very quiet area.

I lived here for almost 2 years and I can truly say it was a great experience. All my maintenance requests were always fixed the same day! They had resident events and would do give-aways and were always caring and helpful. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a home in this area.

I Currently live here at Ranchwood, I don't think it's completely horrible however there are some things that could definitely use some improvements. ( TO ALL THE PEOPLE SAYING IT'S GREAT HERE, AND THEY DON'T HAVE 1 COMPLAINT, ARE LYING). First if you are on a budget and in a in between situation like I am, then this would probably be a good place for you. Maintenance get's on issues ASAP, I usually stay inside so It's mostly quiet, and the location works out for my daily habits. However everything has it's cons. There are people who dig through the trash can day and night, The pools are never clean, The trash outside is always flowing over, SMELLING HORRIBLE. The surrounding neighborhood is covered by meth addicts so I stay in for safety reasons. Once someone got into my car and stole some things out of it, there is supposed to be security at night, maybe he was on a lunch break. And the most irritating of all the complex is flooded with filthy stray cats. Had anybody made a review about this I would have never moved here. They get onto people's cars at night, they hang out all throughout the complex and continue to create litters. The front office claims there's nothing they can do because they would have to pay $60 for each cat to be picked up. I'm not sure why that would be hard when they charge $75 in 1 day of late fees. So move here if you want. However when my lease is up I will be moving and will never look back.

Well kept Beautifully landscaped community, just the right size, Sparkling pool, prompt service . and close to everything.

After 5 months of living here my car has been broken into several times, they stole my neighbor's car, bed bugs and roches seem to become roomates wether your clean or not, the manager after you move in gets very rude, cats are everywhere, homeless dumpster dive & sleep in the pool area at night I've also seen them bathe in the pool! I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! Not even my enemy!

Cute apartment, complex infested with bed bugs, fires set in the trash cans, homeless people come rummaging through the trash every morning, dryers with no doors.

This is the first apartment me and my fiance have ever lived in and the price of rent is great for what you are getting

The closet is very spacious compared to other 1bedroom apartments. The complex is well maintained. Usually apartments have very unhappy and rude office workers, however, Glen oaks have as far the most polite and sympathetic people in their offices. The maintaince workers are always on top of their jobs. I am comfortable living their abs their pricing is affordable.

Ranchwood apartments is a very good place when you are starting out. They are extremely attentive to their tenants. When there is a problem they fix it. I only wish there were more pet waste bins at more regular intervals. Other than that this place is pretty fantastic!

living here has been good, i cant say i love it or hate it. nothing bad has happen to me. when i put a request to get soething repair usually always its the next business day or that same day. parking might be issue at nights however my car has never been robbed or anything like that. maintence people has been helpful to us and so has the office staff (tho they might seem like they have an attitude they are helpful). only bad comment i would say is before you sign papers CHECK YOUR NIEGHBORS i was located in all smoking area where all my nieghbors smoked and my apt i had to contantly have a candle to get the smell away. also their luandry units are not good they definitly need a romdel it. you do have to pay for the use of the gym every month and as well as to get a shaded park (pointless). the pool has its hours which i find it wrong because someone who pays for something shouldn't have to be kicked out. ( they locked the pool doors after 10pm) they also do go in your rooms for "inspection of mole and roaches) my apt has need had an issue with that. i cant say about others. overall if you mind our own business you will be good. i been there for a year and im ready to move out only because my neigherbors smoke and i cant stand the cigarrete smell.
