I love living here! They remodeled the property in the last year, my kitchen has brand new appliances (stainless steel) and granite countertops! I honestly love the neighborhood too, it's so close to I20 and I feel really safe walking my dog around at night!

I relocated to Arlington to be closer to my job in Fort Worth. After much searching, I determined Rock Ridge was one of the best communities in the area. While the community has changed management companies three times since I moved here in February 2013, the front office has remained consistent and the high level of service has not changed. Stephanie, the community director, is pleasant, professional, and genuinely cares about her residents. The maintenance staff is prompt and efficient. Neighbors are courteous and care about their community. The area is safe and quiet. Since the most recent management company change (to Milestone Management), they are in the final phases of beautifying the property (paint, trim work, etc.) and it's even better looking than before. Rent prices may be more affordable at other properties, but I do believe you get what you pay for. Unfortunately, I've made the decision to relocate to Dallas where my job has recently moved and the commute is becoming too much. I considered staying anyways as an amazing apartment is hard to come by. I truly will miss living here.
I toured this property in November. Considering newer apartments are available in Dallas with more amenities, features, and modern appliances, I had a hard time understanding how this property could sustain its rent model. Additionally, the office staff, who showed me a unit--which also had stains on the carpet--stated she would follow up with me regarding an available 2 bedroom unit. She never called.
Staff was helpful and maintenance always fixed any problem quick. Love living here.
