Rafter had been a wonderful place to call home for the past nearly four years. I love my one bedroom unit and have no complaints. The staff at Rafter feel more like friends than staff, and the building on the whole is a welcoming community.

I’ve lived at Rafter for almost 4 years and I love it! Great location, great amenities, great staff. My apartment itself is gorgeous and has a fantastic view. Very pet friendly. And there’s a new pizza place opening up on the ground floor!

I love Rafter!!! Such a beautiful atmosphere and a wonderful community to live with! Leasing office if very friendly, welcoming and responsive quickly to requests!! Great amenities pet-friendly and beautiful scenes of Minneapils skyline views! Nothing could ever be better!!

Really nice place to live. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The provided amenities are great and there are typically multiple events a month put off by management. Building is maintained and cleaned regularly. It would be great if the gym had a bench with a non-fixed barbell and a few more plates. Some parallel bars for dips would be great too.

We just moved in recently, but so far we are blown away by the property. Everything is so clean and well maintained. We love the little dog run on the 4th floor and the ability to walk to our favorite restaurants and coffee shops.

Very smooth and helpful move in from staff. Neighbors are very nice and everyone is friendly. My apartment needed a few things fixed and maintenance and came fixed it right away!

Lived in The Rafter since 2019 and I’ve never thought about leaving. It’s so quiet and convenient. Ashley in the front offices is incredible!

Staff is fantastic just wish there were more amenities to match all the other luxury building in Minneapolis. For example Hottub and Sauna!!

I remain satisfied with the home I have made at Rafter as I begin my fourth year as a resident. Rafter staff are always helpful and friendly. The maintenance staff are pros and have always been prompt in the instances I have needed them. Rafter is first class.

I've lived at Rafter for two months now. The move-in process was super simple and having a two-hour elevator reservation made it much easier to bring everything from the moving truck to my unit. The building itself is beautiful. The amenities and unit finishes are great, and the leasing staff are very friendly.

Very nice place to live. Staff is helpful and friendly. Nice amenities and typically very quiet. A few more plates in the gym and a squat rack/bench press would be great.

Would be perfect if there were better communication with building, no barking dogs and cleaner condo upon move in! Staff tries really hard, really do like them all. Beautiful views that can’t be beat.

No complaints here, love the apartment. The location is great, and the amenities are very nice especially in the summer when you can enjoy the pool and patio area.

Management is always concerned with my experience of living here. When I have questions or issues, they're addressed quickly. I'm loving it here so far. The amenities are fantastic. The neighbors are friendly. This is a great place to live.

The staff here are wonderful, and the amenities are always clean and well cared for. People are friendly and chatty in the elevator, and love getting to say hello to our dog. Its been my absolute pleasure to call the Rafters our home for the last 6 months, I hope to stick around at least another 6 if not more.

Rafter has been an excellent place to call home the last few years. The entire staff at rafter has been first class. Any issues that have occurred in my time leasing at Rafter have been handled promptly and professionally. Rafter’s amenities and views are the best around. Five bright ones.

My fiancé and I liked it so much, we are here another year! The best part is the neighborhood. There are so many places to eat and hang out.

We are so happy joining the community after leaving our previous apartment community. The experience here with available leasing staff that listen and the attention to detail in our moving process confirms what a great choice it was to relocate. Our living space at move in was also beautiful. Thanks Rafter for making this home.

Moving to Rafter Apartments has been a great experience the past few months. The property is well taken care of with lots of great community spaces and amenities.

Overall has been a great experience, good location and dog friendly with lots of riverside trails not too far away. Move in was a little messy but other than that no complaints.

I moved into the Rafter in September of last year and have loved every minute of it! I went to school at Aveda a block away, and it was so convenient being able to walk there in a few minutes! Highly recommend!

I recently moved in and I was pretty blown away. Modern aesthetic, plenty of amenities, great people and solid location. I am very pleased with where I call home.

We have been living at Rafter since Day 1 opening and it's been a great experience. There have been a few bumps along the road but management (past and present) have been great with handling and addressing all of our concerns. Community spaces are well maintained and current management is good with visibility of when those spaces are booked. Admin tools for residents are useful but versions have changed several times so it takes some patience with relearning, etc. Our unit is the highlight of our Rafter experience and typical of living in any space there is wear and tear but maintenance has been great with addressing and fixing/repairing those things. Management teams have come and gone but the current team is approachable and friendly and we have been very happy with them so far! The neighborhood is another highlight of our Rafter experience. The hood' has perked up considerably since days of Covid and the reason for moving to NE preCovid from Uptown is now finally being realized!

Moved here last year and planning to renew! Love the neighborhood and the friendly staff here! Great atmosphere and looking forward to another year.

First month at Rafter has been pretty good! They need a bit of help getting units cleaner prior to move in, but I suspect that’s a temporary glitch :) Everyone here is super friendly, and I love the feel of the building. Spectacular views, too.

I've been living at Rafter for almost two years and couldn't be happier! The staff and neighbors are so welcoming of me and my dog, the amenities are next level, and the location is perfect with lots of restaurants, bars, and stores within walking distance.

Everyone on staff at all positions at rafter are first class. I am in my third year living here and have no plans leave. Cannot beat the location in the neighborhood Rafter offers.

Love my new apartment! its spacious and is a corner unit which has a lot of windows! Great amenities, great people and a fantastic location!

Just on my second day upon moving in so I am living in a sea of boxes and I can’t find my underwear or the remote, but it has been a pristine experience upon moving in just within the last 48 hours. Everyone has been extremely helpful, polite, and professional, while still being personable. The building is obviously absolutely amazing and the cleanliness is something I have not seen to this point.

I’ve only been at Rafter for a couple of weeks now, but my experience has been amazing so far. Move in was efficient, quick, and seamless. The leasing team is incredibly friendly compared to other apartments in the area. I have had some minor maintenance requests since moving in and the maintenance team has done a great job fixing them. They also leave a note when they’ve been in your apartment and what they accomplished or weren’t able to accomplish. I also love that the building has a diverse community. So far very great

Great management service and such a great building! Location is in a popular area with great food and bar options. Apartments have gorgeous floor to ceiling windows that bring it great natural light

Really awesome community. Staff is super supportive and professional, but also kind and friendly. Amenities are great. Super pet friendly too, which is a big bonus. The only downside is that during busy times of the day, the elevators get clogged and it can take awhile to leave. That is something I can work with though, and is well worth it.

Great management team and apartment complex. We have been loving living here so far and are thinking of renewing our lease at the end of the month.

Rafter is home. I will be resigning once again for another year (my third) soon, and the decision to stay was an easy one. Rafter’s amenities are well above average, and everyone on the staff is first class. 10/10

The building is really nice and everyone I’ve met on the elevator has been very friendly. Apartment is clean and move in ready and I can’t be more happy with my decision to live at rafter.

I love living at Rafter! I've lived here for two years now, and can't imagine living anywhere else. My apartment and the common spaces are gorgeous, maintenance takes care of things fast, noise is at a minimum, and the neighborhood is wonderful.

The staff have been very helpful throughout the process and were able to answer all my questions during the tour and move-in process. All the residents I've encountered so far have been very friendly! I love that this building is that it's located in a walkable area. It's only a 2 min walk (that's right - walk) to the nearest grocery store and is very close to many restaurants.

So far I've found it a little difficult to communicate with management. Not sure if email is the most efficient way to communicate when there is a question or concern. The reply time is a little lengthy for some concerns.

Move in was so easy and Tony helped out a lot! Place is coming together quite nicely. Absolutely love the views from our place and everyone here is so friendly.

Everyone has been so friendly and helpful. I love the neighborhood that we live in. The community rooms are so useful and makes it easy to entertain large parties.

Rafter has been an excellent place to call home for the last 18 months. The building, amenities and grounds are wonderful as well as my one bedroom unit. The front office, concierge, maintenance and custodial staff are all excellent and first rate professionals.

I love living at Rafter apartments. The building is gorgeous. The common areas and my apartment are essentially perfect. Only thing that would make it better is if there was a hot tub. All staff members are delightful to work with. Maintenance is very responsive, getting things done efficiently and well. The resident events are also fun! Overall, 10/10.

We have been here for 3 months now, and have had a great experience! We are near the middle of the building, and noise is minimal (we never hear our neighbors unless they drop (ex,) a couch). The maintenance crew are all very helpful and the staff are super friendly and attentive to any concerns, We love the community events!

I moved in a month ago and have no complaints! Everything has been so easy and convenient for me! I love having a washer and dryer in my walk in closet! I’m having a great time!

By the nature of apartments, it isn't a very sociable environment.
