I recently moved into Radiant Apartments and couldn’t be happier with my decision. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how modern, clean, and well-maintained everything is. The building itself is secure, which gives me real peace of mind, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. One of my favorite features is the rooftop pool—perfect for relaxing after a long day with stunning views of the city. The fitness center is top-notch with plenty of equipment, and I never have to wait to get a good workout in. The sky lounge is another standout space with amazing views of downtown Denver. Everything about Radiant Apartments feels thoughtfully designed to make life comfortable and convenient. With all the amenities included, it’s more than just a place to live—it really feels like home. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for upscale apartment living.

It's a nice apartment! I like the views. The staff is really friendly and accommodating! Weird you have to pay for coffee... and the dog pee smells... kinda strong. Large units and I like to cook so the center island offers enough space for that! The walls are thick so quiet apartments! I enjoy a bath so the tubs are oversized so that's a perk!

I’ve been living here at radiant apartments since Jan of 2025 and I’ve had a great experience . It’s very quiet , all the residents I have come in contact with are very nice and polite . Also the staff and front desk are super helpful . I would recommend this place to anyone.

Terrible place. It sold as a luxury building but there is always broken! Last January we were out of hot water for 2 weeks. This year we are gonna be kick out of our apartment for 1 month. They need to do some repairs. There are cars in the parking with no logo, poop at the elevator, the building smells like poop. The carpets and floor at lobby are disgusting. If you had the chance to move and live here don’t take it.

The apartment is great. Would love the gym to be a little bigger as it gets congested easily when only a few people are in there. The leasing office team could be a little more responsive to questions.

I love living here , it’s great. It’s very quiet, which is helpful as I work from home . Also the staff are super nice and knowledgeable. Receiving and sending out packages / mail is super convenient as well. The. Neighborhood is surrounded by parks and great restaurants
Pretty great! Love the security the maintenance are timely friendly the staff is friendly and timely. The halls are always clean. The common areas are always clean and kept up. I have not heard of any security breaches since being here. Overall, great community

It’s such a great experience living here. The Radiant is clearly well-maintained, positive and welcoming. The Front desk team are just as impressive — always friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Building nicely maintained and the views from the units are amazing. Also having the security patrol at night, as well as elevator key fobs makes it feel very safe.
Living at Radiant Apartments in Denver has been one of the best housing experiences I’ve had. From the moment I moved in, I was impressed by the modern design and the incredible views of both the city and the mountains. The floor-to-ceiling windows in my unit bring in so much natural light, and the kitchen layout with the island is perfect for cooking and entertaining. I’ve made great use of the 24-hour gym and especially love relaxing by the pool or in the hot tub after a long day. The co-working lounge has been a game-changer when I need a productive space outside of my apartment. The location is also ideal—just a short walk to downtown and super convenient for public transit. The staff has always been responsive and friendly, which makes a big difference. Radiant really feels like home and offers that perfect mix of comfort and city living.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at an apartment in a well-located complex, and overall, it was a mixed experience. The apartment itself was a spacious two-bedroom unit with modern finishes, offering plenty of natural light and a comfortable layout. The building featured several amenities, including a gym, secure parking, and on-site laundry facilities, which made daily living more convenient. Additionally, its location near public transportation, grocery stores, and restaurants added to its appeal. However, there were a few downsides. Maintenance could have been better, as some appliances were outdated and required frequent repairs. Noise levels were also an issue, especially at night, as sound traveled easily between units. While the rent was on the higher side for the area, the amenities and location somewhat justified the price.
Very pretty building. Glad they have been washing the carpets and keeping up with maintenance. Having a broken elevator for that long loses two stars though.

Moving into Radiant has been a fantastic experience! The amenities here are top-notch. The building is well-maintained, and I feel safe and comfortable in my new home.
Living here has made day to day life so much more convenient! I love my apartment and the complex. The gym is great, the pool hot tub are always clean, and the staff is super helpful.
I am very pleased with this apartment. It is clean, well-maintained, and provides a quiet and comfortable living environment. The management does a great job of keeping the common areas tidy, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere for residents. Additionally, the amenities are excellent, offering both convenience and added value to daily life. Overall, this is a wonderful place to live, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-equipped residence.
I first saw the apartments online when I was living in Illinois. Z was the one to help me out by giving me a virtual tour of the facility, explained the move in special and gave me a peace of mind that me and my dog would have no problem relocating there. This place is nice. I like my apartment. I never hear my neighbors! I have had some minor repairs and they were fixed promptly! Very close to work so I enjoy that aspect!
The amenities are nice and I love my apartment. My only complaint is the noise, the walls seem to be thinner and can hear my neighbors TV even thought it isn’t loud

The building is great, the people that live here are amazing... but, one of my elevators has been down since the last week of September.... and that's a huge problem.

I’ve enjoyed my new apartment so much . Micheal , at the front desk is amazing and so hospitable . The environment is always clean and I always receive my packages without worry that someone may take them . Compared to my previous apartment ,this is absolutely amazing. I appreciate all the staff :)

This place has gone downhill. Management refuses to fix anything around the building and aren’t empathetic towards the residents. Michael and Z at the front desk are great along with everyone in maintenance. That said the manger of this building should have lost her job 4 months ago. I will not be renewing my lease if she is still the manager and I know that a lot of other residents feel the same.

I love it here! All the amenities and easy access to everything downtown is the vibe I’ve been waiting for. Moving from a house to an apartment wasn’t easy, but Radiant definitely makes it worth it.
So many elevators! Nice size apartments! Friendly staff! I just moved into but can’t wait to use the nice gym and then the pool area!!! It’s conveniently located to work so I’m able to walk there!

We’ve lived in the Radiant for a month now and it’s been such a disappointing experience. To begin with leasing was a headache, it was near impossible to get ahold of the leasing agent to answer questions. An elevator has been down the whole month. When we moved in to our apartment we had to put in maintenance requests because the main light in the kitchen was literally falling apart and 2 others were out, and we couldn’t get the immediate WiFi advertised. There are stains on the carpet and broken fridge drawers. We can hear every step our neighbor takes in the apartment above us. We also had an issue with their surround sound rattling our apartment. Dogs barking constantly. I brought this up but the leasing office hasn’t been much help, they’re still impossible to get ahold of and are rarely downstairs. We have been charged more than what was discussed at move in & are still waiting on a resolution. There’s frequently homeless outside making it feel unsafe. Not “luxury” at all.

There has been a lot of delayed maintenance for the community (broken elevator for over two months, a shattered exterior door feels unsafe) making the community lose some of its luxury feel and also makes the rent feel less worth it. That being said, most of the staff are super helpful and the community events are well organized.

I just moved in and I can’t get enough of it. The staff in the building are amazing. Zarifa Was so professional during my signage she really values customer service.

I love my apartment, the location and the amenities that are offered here at Radiant. Plus I can’t get over the downtown and mountain virws!! I highly recommend if you’re looking for a great location with walkability to parks, cafes and even the Rockies games!

Everyone here is so nice and I really enjoy all of the amenities. The pool is so cute, the grills on the sky deck come in handy, and I love my apartment, too! Parking is a breeze which is a huge plus.
