The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

The management will not do anything about the awful behavior of certain residents who are known to the whole complex and even community outside. There is an aggressive & violent man who dumps buckets of food outside which attract rats & brings ridiculous amounts of bird poop. The grassy areas are always covered in dog poop despite a dog poop station with bags and a trash can. The fire alarm goes off at least once a month which wakes up the whole building & takes forever to get shut off. The outside dumpsters are always overflowing and the smell is awful. Management knows this and even knows the specific residents who are behind such issues and refuses to do anything about it. Don't live here if you value having a clean community and management who will address bad resident behavior.
