It’s a very good community honestly. It’s better than where I used to live and it’s a lot bigger. A lot more shade where I am. It’s just a nice area in general.
I have lived here since 2019 . Sadly I will be leaving now. I liked it here. My apt although not updated was located in a nice spot. The green and well kept landscape was a plus. Having an attached garage was important for me. There were maintenance issues over the years some were corrected others were not. .The apt. Itself suited my needs. There was plenty of light a large patio ample livingroom and bedroom . Although I never used it there was a wood burning fireplace. It was a nice place to live. The cost of rent and additional fees became too costly for me

This property is infested with cockroaches and black widows. Pest control service offered is not addressing the issue. Unit had dents in drywall, door falling apart, shower not installed properly causing leak downstairs. Maintenance ignores issues and claims issue is resolved. Save your money, go elsewhere.

The apartment I rent has a thoughtful open layout I did not see elsewhere. The variety of floorplans means you have more choices at Quincy depending of course on availability. The attached garages for most units are convenient and not common for apartments in this area.

My sister and I have lived in this apartment complex for almost 15 years and love the area. Yes changes happen with what the economy is today. However, we are doing our best to stay here and really enjoy meeting our new neighbors. The office personnel and maintenance team are very friendly and work hard to address the tenants issues.

Don’t live here - you will pay far too much for the low quality you will receive. When I moved in, many features were broken and while the front desk has been efficient in working to get those fixed, there are still multiple issues with the apartment.

We have loved this community and don’t plan to move. This is situated close to parks and shopping with restaurants nearby. I have a part-time job and it is only five minutes away. It is a great place to live.

We love the complex and unit we are in as well as the amenities surrounding the community, but maintenance is a real issue due to almost every complaint we have being considered cosmetic and therefore will not ne taken care of.

Keep looking. If you want upscale luxury apartments, you will not be getting that here, you’ll only be CHARGED for it. Great neighborhood though! It is nice and quiet. Friendly staff.

Large units with garage. The garage is not an additional fee as with some apartment communities. Great location. Near shopping, a good variety of restaurant and trails if an outdoor enthusiast.

The Village at Tierra Antigua is a nice quiet community, very private living which I love. Staff is kind and help out as soon as they can along with service requests once they receive them. The location is perfect it is right next to grocery stores, gas station, gyms and restaurants. The move in was quick and smooth as the girls in the office were very communicable and available.

We have been residents here for the past 7 years and have enjoyed this community. The staff has gone through changes as with any other complexes but we have experienced nothing but professionalism and the maintenance staff has treated us with courtesy and efficiency. We love living here due to the convenience of shops and work location. The park close by is wonderful.

This is a lovley place to live. The landscaping is beautifully kept.The floor plan is open and has lots of natural light. The amenities and attention to safety are a plus. I love the attached garage. My big old dog is welcomed too.

The park-like setting of the Village at Tierra Antigua welcomes new families to the community. The management and staff are responsive to resident's needs and respond timely through the resident online portal. A new exercise gym, two beautiful pools, and hot tub make getting and staying fit easy. Within walking distance of grocery, drug, book stores, and restaurants, The Village at Tierra Antigua provides the friendliness and conveniences of a small down nestled in a big city.
