The property is well maintained. The grass, flowers and trees are lovely. Tenants are friendly and helpful. It's a very quiet development

Overall, it is well situated. Close to supermarkets, school, shopping. Bus stop and train are near. Spacious. However, you can hear everything from your neighbors and complaining will get you no where because nothing is ever done. It is supposed to be a smoke free community which is further from the truth. Residents don’t always pick up after their dogs and let them loose. Aside from a toddler playground, there’s not much older children can do. Maintenance staff is really good. Buildings used to be much cleaner. Not much insulation so you’ll pay if you want a warm house in the winter. Central AC. It’s close to my job and right now, I can’t afford to move out so, I’m staying. Whenever I need to get a better night of sleep, I go to my sister’s house in a neighboring town because my neighbor thinks she is the only one living in the building and as I mentioned, why bother complaining?

Haven’t even been here for a year and police are consistently being called due to fights and there’s rats all along the walk ways and let’s not get started with the roaches in t he apartments! Not even in Boston have I had these problems!
Love living here. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Love the fact that it is smoke free. Only issue I find is not having assigned parking, with some residents having multiple vehicles makes it harder to find a park closer to your home especially when you're carrying a sleepy toddler.
Me and my wife have been living at Quail run apartments for 8 years . The reasons for staying hear so long is that it's a wonderful place to live.
We have been here two years. The maintenance is great! The grounds are kept clean. It is pretty quiet for such a large complex. And we are grateful to have good neighbors beside us and below. Thank you Quail Run.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Management only cares about money and ripping people off. They charge ridiculous fees, you’ll NEVER get your security deposit and they’ll make up some way to get more money from you!! I wouldn’t even recommend this place to an enemy...
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! New management is money hungry and cares only about ripping people off. I moved in a couple of years ago and the management then was kind, caring and very opened. Now a new manager took over and is extremely money hungry and really could careless about their tenents and issues that are in the complex it's self. I've decided to move out and the new management is charging me RIDICULOUS fees and stated that they charged me extra because "they need to hire people to deep clean my apartment ( you would think they would do that anyways but they could care less about the cleanliness for their new tenents). I rented and moved all my life throughout MA and NEVER was charged such stupid fees. All in all, do not do it unless you want to be charged outrageous fees when you move out!
Clean, Great floor plan outstanding location! My best friend lives here already and I did not even know that, when I applied. I found this amazing place by chance and when I looked up what a Quail represented I was totally amazed! "Quail is here to let you know that explosive action is required right now in order to accomplish your goal. You need to move now before your opportunity has disappeared.” I know that this is the place for my family and I! Quail Runs impeccable landscape and sizable apartments offer Luxury at a great price. WE CANT WAIT TO MOVE IN!
