Quail Ridge East Apartments

I’ve been living at Quail Ridge East for 4 years now and it’s been a great experience. The apartments are spacious and well-maintained, and the community is quiet and safe. Management and maintenance are always responsive and helpful. It’s been a comfortable and stress-free place to call home, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a solid place to live.

I’ve lived here the past year and have loved it! Maintenance responds fast when you submit a ticket, quiet little area and pretty affordable compared to others in the area.

I’ve really enjoyed living at Quail Ridge East — it’s quiet, clean, and feels very safe. The manager, Jeff, is super responsive and handles any concerns quickly. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here.

We've been here 4 years now and still love it! Diane and leff are awesome and every interaction with them is personable. Even with the maintenance guys! It's a pretty quiet area, not too much happens. It's pet friendly, has a pool & gym and free internet for tenants. There's also schools, churches and a huge number of businesses located within walking distance, which is such a plus!

My husband and I have lived here for a year and just renewed our lease for our second. Good price, good amenities, and an open floor plan are a win for us.

Overall, the grounds are very well maintained. All the staff are very friendly and take your concerns seriously. All the facilities are great and the units are well made. The free internet is amazing. The neighborhood is safe and I've never had any issues with theft. The only real complaint is noise. The walls are thin so you will be able to hear your neighbors watching TV or their dogs barking in the middle of the night. Overall, though, I am still very satisfied with my stay and would recommend it if you're looking for a place that's affordable, safe, and comfortable.

I have lived here for a little over a year and have loved my experience. There are great amenities! They have a laundry center, fitness center, playground, and a great pool. Maintenance has been helpful and I have no complaints. I would highly recommend living here.

Overall it's a great place to live I would recommend it to anybody who needs affordable living and a safe environment great first-timer apartment and the pools are awesome shout out to the managers for being easy to work with.

I have lived in the town homes for about 3 years. Over this time, staff have been very reasonable, respectful, and responsive. I have had minimal negative experiences with those living near me. The only negatives have to do with a few of the policies related to payment. I would recommend this place to live!

I’ve rented several places before, but this apartment stands out for many reasons. First, I feel very safe here, which is huge. The location is also ideal, putting me close to work and the things I enjoy around town. The rent is affordable, especially for the quality of living it offers. Maintenance is incredibly prompt and efficient—they never leave me waiting long! I also love the amenities, which make it feel like I have everything I need right at home. Definitely a place I plan to stay for a while!

Regular pest control.I've only seen fly"s and a few knats! I can live with that!

Living at Quail Ridge East Apartments was a good experience. The community is welcoming, and the staff is responsive, making everyday life enjoyable. However, I wish they would update the gym facilities further to enhance our living experience.

Hands down the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. It is very clean and well maintained. The amenities are great. The shard laundry room is very clean and is the first laundry room that I actually use due to trusting the cleanliness.

Started my seventh year at Quail Ridge and haven't regretted doing so. I highly recommend them. The office staff is great and they are well maintained.

This is an excellent place to live. I've never had any issues with the property owners or the people who work in the office. Any maintenance requests I've had were resolved promptly. There are several included amenities: fitness center, swimming pool, high speed internet at no additional cost, laundry center. I would say the rent price is probably above average. But it is still within reason and I would gladly pay a little more to ensure a nice quality place to live. I've been here for 5 years. Started in a 1-bed and moved to a 2-bed. Both are great. I don't see myself moving anywhere else until I'm ready to buy a house.
