Property Ratings at Quail Creek
I moved in 4 months ago and HATE IT. If you decide to move here, move to the 3rd floor because the walls are PAPER THIN!!! I can literally hear the vibration of the phone above me every morning when their alarm goes @ 6am! I hear every little thing above me. It's Saturday morning and I've been awake since 7am because of the people above. I even have a standing fan on high for white noise and it doesn't block out the sound. The parking lot is terrible as well and needs to be re-paved. The price for our 3 bedroom and the fact they pay internet is the only reason I gave a 2 star.

Pretty nice place for price and location. Kinda noisy since it's right next to 65.
These apartments are affodable and still in great condition. Even though they are located close to Hwy 65 I never notice the noise from traffic, but love being able to hop on the highway quickly.
I have lived at Quail Ridge East for several years, and I have never had an issue with the building, amenities, or staff. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone who is looking to rent!
The apartments are decent for the price but could definitely use more windows. The complex offers nice amenities and is usually quiet. -Brenna Wilson
This complex will not do anything about noise complaints from loud music or TVs! But let a dog be a dog and bark and they threaten eviction! The manager of the complex (Jared) will not tell you who is boss is so that you can go above him to get problems corrected that he will not touch and has constant attitude with you when asked for something to be done! Do not live here unless you like living in constant misery!

We approach each noise concern with the same criteria and address each individually based on the findings as it relates to lease terms and city noise ordinances, just as we have each with you. It is our understanding you spoke with one of our management company representatives. At which time we reviewed with you options for reporting noise complaints with the property office as well as our after hours security team as well as how we must review each noise concern. We will continue to assist you with any concerns brought to our attention and hope to help you enjoy living here again. Constantly being hit additional fees. There are less expensive and much nicer apartments in the area!!!
I lived at Quail Creek Village for 5 years. The first 2-3 years were excellent. I appreciated the management and maintenance team, which remained with the property until it was sold. I appreciated the stability that having the same staff for several years offered. About two years ago, the property was sold.In September 2016, I accepted a job in another state and informed Quail Creek that I would be moving out by October 28. I had to break my one year lease, which I had signed in June. As part of my lease agreement, I understood that I was required to pay two month's rent (for November and December, which I paid prior to vacating). I also recognized that I would not be getting my $350.00 deposit back. In November, I received a bill for $118.00. from Quail Creek. They had decided to charge me for water and sewer in October (after my move out) and they charged me $84.00 for touch up paint. I contacted Quail Creek immediately. The leasing agent said that her apartment manager would get back to me. I didn't hear back for a month. In December, I received a notification from Hunter Warfield (a collection agency) that my credit rating would be impacted if I didn't pay the bill. I contacted Quail Creek again. I told them that I was unsure of why I'd been charged for touch up paint. The Office Manager said that they were under new management yet again (that the manager I'd had prior to leaving was no longer with them). The leasing agent had also changed. I called Quail Creek several times throughout the next month and on January 5, 2017, they agreed to reimburse me $84.00. By 1/23/2017, I had not received the check, so I called the office and talked to the leasing agent. She said that she was unsure of the status of the payment and would need to talk to her apartment manager. She said the apartment manager would be in touch with me in the next day. I did not hear back by 1/25, so I called back. The leasing agent remembered me, but said they'd been busy. She transferred my call to the apartment manager. The apartment manager said that she would check on the status of the check and someone would get back to me. I said that I would need the check overnighted because I had a bill to pay this week. She said that unfortunately because I'd paid the original bill the processing time was taking a long time. I felt like she was blaming me for Quail Creek's error.
I have lived here for 3 years. I am appalled at the last review I just read. This is a fantastic place to live. The best apartment manager ever. She truly cares about her tenants and does a very good job of taking care of them. Maintenance is also wonderful. The most trustworthy maintenance man I have ever met. I have had no problems with dog poo on the side walks in fact my kids play in the grass area every day and never have they once come in with dog poo on there shoes. I have never once had a problem with a dog attacking our dog. As far as noise goes you live in an apartment complex so if you thought it was going to be noise free you had the wrong impression of what its like to live in an apartment complex. The noise is minimal but again its an apartment complex your going to have a little bit of noise. Its a very kid friendly place. I have gotten lots of compliments on my children n quite a few of my neighbors love them and enjoy watching them play and have fun. Please dont let one bad review from an apparently bitter person change your mind about looking here for a place to live. I promise you this apartment manager n her staff will take very good care of you. A huge thank you to the apartment manager for all you do and always keeping your residents happy ( with the exception of those truly ungrateful ones). Thank you maintenance man for always doing a fantastic job. If your looking for a place to reside this is were you wanna be!
