Stay here short term stack some money and move! To many kids no supervision, to many fights! Trash everywhere! Kids getting hit every week! Very ghetto

Love living here! We miss the old yellow paint job, but no complaints. My wife lived here for several years before we got married. When we got married, this was the first place we considered.

Next to train station. Very efficient. Walking distance to train. DCTA connection to Dallas. We had been using train to go state fair ground. this place is amazing ??

DON.T MOVE HERE!!!! They don't have the residents' welfare as a priority or concern, They give you two weeks notice and raise the rent. Terrible management!!! I'm surprised they can manage to clean their rear ends, when they don't know how to manage this property!!!!

Never anybody in the office and the staff really don't care about your needs. I've had things needing to be fixed for going on 5 years. I can't wait for my lease to be up in outta this dump. This place has been sold at least 3 times in my almost 5 years of living here. Makes you wonder. One star rating is to good but I had to do one to move on.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! I recently had to move out of here because of a fire within the walls of the building. No fire alarms went off and police officers had to knock on all the doors telling people to evacuate. The staff were no help to anyone who lost their homes. The front staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. The maintenance workers do not fix anything. I can’t say enough how horrible this establishment is. The whole thing needs to be shut down and everyone should be fired. I WOULD GIVE PROVIDENCE PLACE ZERO STARS IF I COULD

Refuse to let full time students with full time jobs live here! Doesn't matter if you make their stupid 2x monthly rent rule either. If you are the only one in the apartment or are planning on living with other full time students, don't waste your time here.

I’ve made couple maintenance requests but the management doesn’t care anymore. My apartment is rapidly deteriorating. Both toilets licking and gradually pilling the floors yet, no response and it’s been some months now. I don’t think we have a capable management now because since I moved in here in 2015. The management has been great on the part of maintenance but what we have now is rentals collecting tasks force that doesn’t care about the wellbeing of the residents. It’s a pity. Maybe, they are attending to others request but mine NO. Apart from the above and Dog poops sprinkler on the grasses close to your windows, cars and all over the field and also some troublesome kids that scratches your car which has minimized recently, and the ones that fight your kids in schools bus. It’s a nice place to live if they can go back to the way they responds to tenants issues 1 and half year ago. I don’t know if I recommend this place or not. It depends on what one wants.

Providence is a very clean place to live in. Maintenance does a great job keeping up with the community's appearance. I have seen them picking up the trash left behind by kids daily and that is greatly appreciated. I also appreciate the office staff's friendly and helpful demeanor.

These are nice apt close to a lot but the new management is turning it into a prison closing the pools at 7 and cur phew I would move if I had the money

This place is great if you are looking for a more upscale on a budget place. The new management is really helpful but there are still a lot of problems inside the apartments themselves. Cops patrol at night to keep people from loitering but during the day there are kids of all ages everywhere running around screaming bloody murder. All in all it is a good place for a family not so much for college students.
