This review is late, because it involves my emergency that occurred the Saturday before Christmas. My family was at my apartment for brunch and to exchange our presents. We noticed that it was getting cold so I tried to turn the heat up and noticed that the thermostat was blank. I turned it off and on (trying to trouble shoot ) discovered that my heat was not working. of all things too happen with a house full of people and it was cold outside. I contacted the office and left a message and within ten minutes Jamar was there checking it out. My family couldn't believe how fast he was to respond. He said my thermostat went out, but he would be able to fix it. Not only did he fix it in record time, but we forgot that he was there since we were cooking and the stove was throwing out heat. New thermostat was installed and he checked to make sure it was working properly before he left. The only regret that I had was that I wasn't able to fix him a plate, because of my hungry family, there wasn't anything left. This is the second time since I've been here that I had a major problem and it was resolved in record time. The first time was my stove. While cooking my dinner one evening, I heard a popping sound and my stove stopped working, contacted the office and George was there in a matter of time. He said that it had to be replaced and that he could have me a new one the next day, of course I didn't believe that it would be that fast, I figured that I would be waiting all day if not longer, but to my surprise, the next morning, they were at my door with a new stove still in the box and removed the old one and installed the new one in record time. I really appreciate the staff, each and every one of them are amazing and take pride in their work, including the guy that takes care of the outside. Rain, sleet or snow I feel that they are always around . I couldn't have picked a better place to live. Thank you guys, keep up the good work. Ms. Yolanda

I enjoy the pool and gym. The landscaping here makes it feel so homey. It is extremely beautiful and well maintained. The people that work here are very friendly.

One year later and we're still in the honeymoon phase with this complex. We just renewed our lease for another 17 months, and if they had a 24-months lease would have signed it, lol. Providence continues to be an oasis amidst the chaos. We feel safe and taken care by the whole staff, which is fantastically competent, professional and super friendly. From Tina and Kayla at Administration to Jamal and George at Maintenance, the team always ready to help asap for any issues or needs we have, and they always make sure to keep all residents informed and updated on whatever is going on around the complex via email and portal. We are happy at home, and we highly recommend this place.

Moving to Providence of Northlake was the best decision we made in 2023. After a hellish year in another complex with near zero staff and maintenance support, Providence became a surprisingly pleasant experience, with staff going above and beyond to make sure their tenants are well taken care of - not to mention the blissful calming silence within the complex. We’re finally home.

Love the layout of my new apartment. I found some dead pests moving in and few live ones since. I let the front office know and they sent out pest control same day. I’ll keep an eye out but hopefully this won’t turn into a bigger issue. The front office staff have been accommodating and friendly (thank you Tina and Kayla). This is a very quiet neighborhood which i love and the gym has everything so I plan on cancelling my gym membership soon. Valet trash service is always a plus. So far so good. 3 stars because of the pest issue.

Several apts on property need the blinds replaced. Quite an eyesore for such a nice complex. Trash compactor could stand a good washing to cut down on the smell.

I really enjoy living at Providence. I have a great apartment with a wonderful view of the beautiful pool area. I feel safe walking to my apartment late at night from my car. Tina, the manager and leasing staff are wonderful. Very professional and very friendly. Maintenance is off the chain. I’m grateful I don’t need a lot of maintenance in my apartment but when I do, they are Johnny on the spot. I highly recommend living here. Period.

I have lived here for 10 years. I started in a 2 bedroom and lived there for seven years. I then transferred to a 1 bedroom and love it! Both apartments were great. We haven't had any issues at all. I was a single mom when i moved in and I've never been scared or concerned about safety at all. Great place to live!

Love the management team! In office and maintenance are outstanding. The resident retention and appreciation breakfast on the go and pizza party really shows that they care about their residents.

I really like the quietness of the community. It is very safe and I never have any problems. The Trash Collector comes Sunday-Thursday which is a great bonus.

Quiet community. I am loving the peace so far. Everything seems nice and the neighbors are respectful. Staff helped me get into my apartment hassle free. Also, Im loving the workout facility that's conveniently located within walking distance. And let's not forget about the clean functioning pool thats available.

It seems as though since they changed management here things are going down the drain! The new guy Nathan is really rude and caddy and seems to be going back and forth around the facts to make himself right! The property is old and the appliances are from 1900 they don’t even make these stoves anymore and now since our neighbors moved out we have been fighting roaches! They sprayed twice and there still here and I love to cook but now I’m Discussed by the bugs and don’t like being home! We’ve put roach motels and spray. We’re at the point I regret signing a new lease and every month there’s a plumbing problem the sink the toilet ! I’m sick of calling maintenance! Replace this the dishwasher keep backing up with dirty water! Maintenance keep telling me to run it once a week . I’m not I’m trying to keep my bills low!The pool is never open when you need to relax and every weekend there’s some excuse to why we can’t get in I’m really over this place !!!!!!

The apartment complex is very friendly and very clean! The only thing is that some people from outside the complex try to sneak their way into the complex to go to the pool.

when touring the property the leasing agent was so kind,patient and inviting. Now that I live here it is very serene and peaceful. I love the layout of my apartment home,the fire place is amazing. I like that they offered a washer/dryer hookup, so I was able to get my brand new machines out of storage. There is ample parking. It feels like home!!!

Is a mediocre place to live can’t complain much , the staff is pretty good , nice gym , the maintenance work hard and well on keeping the trash out of doorways and the complex picked up and looking good

Love livening in the community. I’ve been so peaceful living here and can’t really complain about anything. Management is really nice. I’ve been here almost 5 yrs now and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon.

The community is so nice & safe. No noise complaints or anything. There were a few issues with our apartment when we first moved here pertaining to like the water, electricity, etc; but staff are on it ASAP.
I enjoy the professionalism and timely manner in which things are done. The grounds are kept well and pets are accepted. The pool area is perfect for summer months
The maintainance staff is top notch here at Providence at Northlake. Have a leak? - its fixed. See a bug? - it's exterminated. Lightbulb out? - they change it. My apartment is tucked away so I have greenery and beautiful stone landscaping walls for views. The pool and gym are extra perks.
A bit overpriced for laminate flooring, old appliances and no microwave. There is not enough parking. There might as well be assigned spots to save from getting warnings and notices when parking BRIEFLY in front of garages or paid parking spot. Notices are sent out about $25 trash violations but trash receptacles aren’t provided when you move in. I was told to buy my own trash can for outside the door although I’m being charged $25 each month for said trash service. They are in between companies and can’t give an exact schedule when trash will be picked up. Aside for those inconveniences the community is nice, quiet, and maintenance is quick!
I’ve lived in this complex since 2013. I transferred to my current apartment 2 years ago (2020) when my daughter went away to college. The leasing office made this transition so easy for me and found a perfect apartment for me to move to. Maintenance here is also incredible! The VERY few times I needed them they showed up quickly and always with a smile. They are so great and know exactly what the issue is and get it fixed faster than I thought possible. I really don’t have a complaint. The apartments are nice and the community is clean and well maintained. The neighbors are great and friendly. Couldn’t ask for a better place to live!!!
Pest started to become a major issue. First it was fruit flies, then it became roaches. The response was sufficient.
