Spoke with a tenant when I came to view the complex. The pictures you see on the website is not what they look like inside. They never answer the phone and the management is very unorganized. Several tenants stated that they had been without water and no answer from management. One tenant stated that her kids was using the tub for the restroom. This complex is not worth it. DO NOT! rent sight unseen. Please make appt to view this property because the website is not accurate.
there is trash everywhere, no maintenance, leaks and mold, hidden fees and no a/c!

The office staff is wonderful, and maintenance is always super friendly, fast, and understanding! Rent is good and the apartment are nice enough. I have no qualms with this complex.
Prosper Riverdale is a sub standard apartment complex. Maintenance is neglected and only bandaids are put on things. The complex went down within the year I lived there. There's been murders and the place is infested with drugs and thugs. Management only cares about getting units rented to boost the income for the owner who also manages the complex.
My experience was top tier, very professional and assertive..I was very pleased with my experience i would highly recommend!!!

Absolutely, without a doubt, the worst place I have ever lived. My requests for maintenance are completely ignored. Mold in the apartment. Kitchen light that doesn't work. Outside light that doesn't work. Bathtub diverter is completely out and you cannot turn on the hot water for a shower without getting scalded. When I moved in there were so many leaks going on! Clearly had water damage for a long time as the veneer inside the cabinet under the sink was warped and peeling away. I had to get a mold testing company involved because it was making me sick to be here. Also, making my dogs sick. Even my friends would stop up when they came over. I requested numerous times for help and was told that the on site management "team" was coming to inspect. Never happened. I have to keep my thermostat on 67 so it MIGHT level off at 77 in this tiny apartment. My light bill is ASTRONOMICAL because my air conditioning unit does not work properly. The unit runs constantly. The construction people who are supposedly improving the facade (and doing an awful job) tore up my personal belongings on the balcony when they came and worked on the soffit and gutters. When they were done, I now have a lovely rushing downspout because they completely screwed it up. Further, they give you an amount for rent but then start hounding you for money you do not owe! They add charges and send you "statements" for things that are NOT in your lease. I moved in under a "special" and paid the rent in advance, but a week later I started getting harassing emails saying I was past due paying my rent!!!!!!!!!!! Then they started in on me for deposits that were included in the move in special! I was told not to worry about contacting the water company to get water service started because it was included in my rent. However, as to be expected, they started billing me an additional $45 for water! Other tenants have told me that they have been charging them all sorts of ridiculous and bogus fees that are also not in their leases! After I moved in, I submitted about 15 work orders. Three of those were addressed. After receiving my test results from the mold company, I had to get rid of the mold MYSELF and bear the cost. I had to sanitize all of my belongings as well.
Suppose to be renovated apartment I live in currently. Everything about my apartment is just wrong! My dryer outlet never worked. I brought new dryer and I'm not able to use it. My patio, water leaks inside my apartment when it rains. My shower faucet will not stop leaking, when you cut water off. I have spoke to office staff, maintenance and construction manager. They tell me they will fix however, nothing is being done. They never credited my account for the $200.00 off first month rent. So at this point, I am going to contact corporate office, I have not been in my apartment over a month. And I will go further to report, if nothing is getting done. No one should have to deal with properties not caring about people living conditions. Everything that glitters isn't gold!!! This is a nightmare!!!!!!

Every bad thing you've read about this place is true. I don't have enough characters in this review to recount by bad experiences in detail, so I'll try to list some of them them. Maintenance won't fix critical issues, management changes almost monthly, lost records of our lease, water main broke and apartment flooded with poor accommodations after, car break-in, licence plate theft, deposit sent past maximum allotted date, rude management that treated us like we shouldn't complain because they have it worse, no metered water bills and constant leaks raise prices.
Please do not live here. There are multiple burglaries, car break-ins and the apartment allows felons to live there. They will lie and say they have a courtesy officer and 24 hour maintenance. When my apartment was burglarized the maintenance guy offered to tape it, and I did not have a window for a week. When I called the courtesy officer it said "This function has been disabled." They do not care about their residents and are more likely to respond to a bad review then reach out to people who's safety is at risk. Please live somewhere that at least respects human life.
Absolutely the worst run apartment complex I’ve ever lived at. Maintenance issues do not get addressed, safety concerns are ignored, and you are likely to have your car or apartment broken into. The inneficiencies lead to extremely high water bills that lack transparency. Please do yourself a favor and live somewhere else.
The three words above speak volumes. Dont move there unless you want to never have things fixed and enjoy not having ac in the summer or heat in the winter.
6 months and still no air conditioning. So many people called code they had code go through every apartment to get it up to code. There have been at least a four different pieces burst in the last six months. Several people have window units because they refuse to fix the air conditioners.
