Property Ratings at Prosper Gulfport
The noise is ridiculous. No matter how nice you are and how many times you complain. The staff does nothing about it. Yet they expect you to just live with it. I have lived here almost 2 years. As soon as my Lease is over, I will be moving out. Never late on my rent and always tried to be mindful of my neighbors. Some people just have no respect for others.
Well being a resident of Prosper I am fed up with the noise and dog poop everwhere. The recent remodeling allows you to hear your neighbors very well(phone ringing, coughing, walking and alarm clocks)There is no need on complaining becuase nothing can be done. Moving on!
Terrible office staff! They are all smiles while getting you moved in and taking your money. But after that, any issues you have they could care less about. I will update my reviews if my issues upon moving in are fixed in a timely and proficient manner. The management team is very dry and unfriendly. And even when they smile it is as fake as can be. Apparently I'm not the only one who feels this way. However, the apartments are beautiful. It is so quiet here. Very clean and well kept up. Beautiful appliances. The list goes on and on. There are alot of pros.
This is my first apartment. Being in the military, I was looking for a safe and clean environment and I found exactly that with the Columns. The location is perfect. It's 10 minutes away from the Navy Base and downtown Gulfport and blocks from the beach. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. The pool is well maintained and clean and the neighbors awesome.

After reviewing more than nine locations. I decided to move into The Columns. They offerred the best rent deal for the quality of the apartment. Other apartment complex / communities offerred around the same rent but, the quality or location of the apartment did not compare. The ammentities (pool, gym, laundromat, etc..) are great and the people in the leasing office are nice and helpful. The gated community makes me feel safe and the noise level of the community is very minimal. Parking on site is always available and guests are welcomed to park too.

We were very impressed when we first toured the complex, and we're expecting prices to be out of our price range, but we're happy to know that it was only about $30 more than where we were previously! It has crown molding, an accent wall, and a lot of closet space. The community is very quiet and lit up at night, which is important to us since we have a dog and work nights. They have an opinion for covered parking, which I enjoy since I recently bought a new car. You can hear the neighbors a little though walls, but usually a draw back for all apartments. There is a saltwater pool and in winter months they put out a fire pit. If in area I would recommend you check it out!
The Columns is a good place to live, usually quiet most of the time, although noise levels are less on the upper floors. Outside noise is good after dark and most of the time during the day unless kids are playing. The apartment build is fair to average. Good Amenities and Clubhouse. Thier service is very good, they usually fix things in a very timely manner as well. The only downside is the amount of money that is being charged for sewer from the City which is 25-30 a month, this is a standard charge whether you flush a toilet or not. The location is good and is central to just about everything, so good overall.
