The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Prospect Towers
I have been a resident here since the Pandemic and it has been going downhill ever since. There is an understanding that management will change often. But when the new management comes and does NOTHING to make things better then there is a problem. They pay for a cleaning company to come and clean the first-floor lobby only. They no longer have exterminators come unless it's FIRST COME FIRST SERVED and that's a benefit that is listed in the lease. There are several things that need to be fixed in my apartment and they have not been fixed in the last two years. But the building management calls every 2-3 to ask me about repairs they know they have not fixed. At random times they cut off the heat and hot water without warning. Sometimes for days at a time. The clerks in the rental office are rude, mean, and quite frankly uninterested in the tenants. I'm not looking for friends but a little common decency would be nice. I was not expecting the best of the best. Its a 17 floor skyrise with about 10 apartments on each floor. So I understand that everything cannot be addressed in a timely manner. But to not address ANYTHING is crazy. I usually dont like to give bad reviews but this is too much. I've seen the rental office treat me and others like we don't even pay rent here. If you can avoid moving in here please do so. It's not Worth it.
Terrible building! Terrible management. Things never get fix. The water is always cold. You can have a leak & they’ll take 4 months to fix it. I moved here in June it is now April I still haven’t received my mailbox keys. I had to get a new refrigerator because it was broken my food went bad they took 3 months to get me one.
I lived there for 2 years. They never fix anything, if they do, it’s a rushed job and would need to fixed again. Management is terrible. From October to April, there was gapping hole in my bathroom ceiling due to a leak. It’s been 2 months and I still haven’t received my security deposit.
I have been there 2 years; this was most horrible place I ever lived.
I have been living here for almost 4 years and a half. The first year was awesome. Then my landlord stopped fixing stuff in my apartment and stopped paying maintenance fees for the building. Since then the board committee has been harassing us for the past 2 years and a half. The way they harass us is by taking parking away from us and the privilege to receive packages from ups, etc. The building is not well kept and the building needs to be renovated completely. There are roaches and rodents that needs to be taken care but it's not by the buildong. The neighbors are quiet and the security guards are amazing.
