The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Prospect Park Apartments
People were nice and helpful. Apartments are nicely kept and have huge balconies. I’ve loved my experience here. A great first home
Terrible place to live. Management takes their time responding to inquiries. No priority given to tenants. Apartments are extrememly outdated. Plumbing is old and inefficient. My toilet has overflowed so many times. Electricity has gone out a few times. This place is depressing. If you can afford to live somewhere else, do so.
Lived here 2 years & only leaving because bought a condo. Management super nice & if anything needs fixing they fix it promptly. Natalie is really nice whenever I have to call the office. Scenery is beautiful! Will miss my view from the balcony. Good birdwatching here, as well as deer, turkey, etc. Property is well taken cared of. Very Nice place to live.
My room mate and I went to check it out and signed our applications before even leaving. The property is beautiful, and the rooms looks great inside and out. The pool isn't too cold, the tennis courts are in perfect condition, and the ladies at the manager office not only have the cutest dog but the best attitude as well. Not something to pass up if looking to live in Eugene. Not to mention best pricing in town, and you'll avoid the downtown stench with this in-the-hills placement.
