Very few issues, all minor and taken care of promptly, except the vent problem which was fixed as soon as possible. We would not change our decision to rent from Prospect.

Great amenities but I don’t feel safe. When my friends ask if they should move here, I tell them the amenities are great and rent is affordable, but my car has been broken into so many times, its cost me more to replace items than it would have to just pay higher rent elsewhere. They’ve all decided to live elsewhere.

The experience has been nice. I don’t know if the walls are thick, but I usually never hear anything from the people around me, just the occasional person above me walking and that’s not even bad. The living space is great and spacious, such as a high ceiling which I love.

Living at Prospect has been a great experience so far. I've felt comfortable in my home and trust that the staff will take care of my needs. Prospect offers fair and affordable housing, making it possible for many people in Austin to live in the city without facing outrageous rent rates. The prices are reasonable, the buildings are new and well-maintained, and I hope they continue to uphold the quality of the property. The amenities are excellent, and having Nitro Cold Brew on tap is a wonderful perk for caffeine enthusiasts like myself. However, as the building fills up, visitor parking might become more challenging, and there could be potential security risks due to the increased presence of homeless camps in the area. The visitor parking spots are vulnerable, and it's easy for someone to slip past the gates by following a resident's car. Enhanced security measures would be a valuable investment. Despite these concerns, Prospect is a great place to call home, especially for those who want to live just a few minutes from downtown.

Prospect is a great new build located within walking distance to many great restaurants/bars and easy access to major highways. It has up to date amenities along with friendly and professional staff. Many different layout options all at an affordable rate.
