This apartment is amazing, so is management, maintenance for the flooring is the only thing that makes this place not the best apartments I’ve been to, they are always lifting.

I have been super satisfied with my time at Prose Westover Hills! The staff is friendly and maintenance requests are always completed quickly. The apartments are very nice, appliances are updated and it has a modern feel. I wish I didn’t ever have to leave!

Very easy to move in, this place is very clean and roach free, gated with security passing through and service animal friendly. I would recommend to move here.

I’ve only lived here for a couple weeks so far, but even after moving a couple of hours away from my family, I feel like I’m at home. I enjoy the convience and location of the complex, due to its proximity to many stores, restaurants and entertainment. In my experience so far the complex has felt relatively peaceful and quiet. I am looking forward to the rest of my lease here!

My husband and I have enjoyed our stay here so far. The management staff is respectful and nice. If I have a problem they try to address it, and try to resolve it. I really like the gatherings and special events they have to bring the residents together. I would love for more events to take place soon within the next coming months.

The prose Westover Hills is not a safe or inviting community. Vehicle theft is rampant, and people steal packages from the door. The extra fees are excessive and unnecessary. The gates are down often. The valet trash service is horrible and they don’t pick up trash when they’re supposed to. They charge for a reserved parking spaces when parking is already limited, it’s not a good quality of living.

I love living here so far! The apartment is spacious and modern. The facilities are safe, quiet, clean and well-kept. The staff are friendly and responsive! Darius is stellar. He helped me with my application while I was stationed overseas and went above and beyond with his video tour despite the huge time difference! I really feel at home here:)
