I was nearing the end of my lease with my previous place and I was looking to move of Denver. I got in the car and started driving around. I happened to stumble upon this place after visiting another place first. The moment I walked into the leasing office, the staff was so warm and kind. I immediately knew it that moment that this is somewhere I would want to live and I had not had a look at the floor plans or viewed an apartment yet. It has been the best decision I've made to move here and I'm enjoying the community.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Smooth process all around. Garage and AC maintenance requests were handled promptly by two kind and knowledgeable gentlemen. Office staff is very welcoming and hard working. Apartment itself is so lovely! Only thing I would change is having a pantry! lol. In one word, my experience is: Exceptional. Truly exceptional.

We have enjoyed our time here. There are a few design flaws.. but not insurmountable. I would recommend some sort of “shock absorber “, or restriction on exterior doors such as patio doors, as the wind in this area is very strong, and will damage the door against the brick “patio” when caught by wind when opening.

I absolutely LOVE it here. My home has never felt more like home, the apartment is just drop dead gorgeous and the community is so awesome! Bree was very responsive and helpful with my exploration of Prose Murphy Creek. I love the combination townhome/apartment feel of the buildings - no long hallways with multiple neighbors on each side. I have my own little section of the building and I love it. The pool is awesome and the community spaces are clean and inviting. Staff always has a smile and a warm greeting to share. I love it here!

Everything is good so far. The unit is clean, there was an issue with one of the appliances however it was fixed in a timely manner. The neighborhood is clean and our neighbors have been welcoming.
