Prose Murphy Creek

Prose Murphy Creek has been the best rental property i have lived in. The team is very friendly and helpful. My apartment is very spacious and quiet and I love all the appliances. I love coming home to my apartment and would recommend anyone who needs to rent, to choose Prose Murphy Creek. I plan on living here for a long time.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Smooth process all around. Garage and AC maintenance requests were handled promptly by two kind and knowledgeable gentlemen. Office staff is very welcoming and hard working. Apartment itself is so lovely! Only thing I would change is having a pantry! lol. In one word, my experience is: Exceptional. Truly exceptional.

We have enjoyed our time here. There are a few design flaws.. but not insurmountable. I would recommend some sort of “shock absorber “, or restriction on exterior doors such as patio doors, as the wind in this area is very strong, and will damage the door against the brick “patio” when caught by wind when opening.

I have lived in 2 prior apartment communities and have never felt more community than I have here. They truly try to connect people. I moved from out of state and don’t know anyone but my sister. This has been a wonderful experience!

Great apt, fast maintenance, office personnel are great.

The community has alot of good amenities. The community is quiet and neighbors are friendly. The management does a great job with community updates and are very helpful.

I absolutely LOVE it here. My home has never felt more like home, the apartment is just drop dead gorgeous and the community is so awesome! Along with that the leasing team is just so great and easy to work with! I will for sure be recommending them to all my friends/family who are looking to move :)

It was abit to a rough start with the ac not working. However the turn around time along with the prose maintenance team keeping us comfortable with portable ac units was amazing. Thank you

Bree was very responsive and helpful with my exploration of Prose Murphy Creek. I love the combination townhome/apartment feel of the buildings - no long hallways with multiple neighbors on each side. I have my own little section of the building and I love it. The pool is awesome and the community spaces are clean and inviting. Staff always has a smile and a warm greeting to share. I love it here!

Everything is good so far. The unit is clean, there was an issue with one of the appliances however it was fixed in a timely manner. The neighborhood is clean and our neighbors have been welcoming.

Convenient to Southlands, Buckley, Denver Intl, and all other amenities. The community and amenities are amazing. Leasing staff Julian, Alicia, and Bree are extremely helpful.

Chelsea did a great job walking me through the available options. Brea has been really great answering all my questions. I really appreciate everyone’s patience and positive energy!

Bree was fantastic along the whole process from the tour to moving in. I have had 0 issues since moving in and the community is very friendly and would be a great spot for anyone in the area.

I just moved in 7/1/2025. I feel like this was the best place to have a fresh start. Leasing office is awesome. This is a nice quiet and clean community. The monthly community events are a great addition.

I’ve been living here for about 5 months now, and overall, my experience has been positive. The location is convenient, and the community feels safe,quiet, andfriendly. The office staff is helpful, and my unit is clean & spacious. Amenities like gym &pool are well-maintained. There are definitely some pros and cons, but Murphy Creek has been a great place to live.

My experience started prior to my move-in date. Chelsea, Bree and Alicia were all instrumental in making my move seamlessly easy and relatively stress free. They are very professional and efficient in what they do. Move-in took me four days of carrying my belonging's up to the third floor (I tire when I think about it.) Over the last month I have been extremely pleased with every aspect of my living experience. My apartment is new, clean, very functional, and quiet. I had a maintenance issue in the hallway that was fixed in less than 3 hours of notifying the staff. I love the attention they are giving to the grounds, they are well manicured and attractive. I wish I knew 100 people who are looking for a place to live, I would recommend Prose Murphy Creek to each one of them. I'm not exaggerating when I say I don't think I could be any happier living anywhere else. Way to go PMC!

Beautiful community, great looking apartment. Staff are easy and very knowledgeable. Lots of activities. Beautiful pool and cook out area. Nice covered parking and great storage area.

Having the new apartment option near Buckley is great. Really convenient for those of us that are transferred to the area. Looking forward to the resident events and checking out the nearby reservoirs when it’s warmer outside.

I’ve only lived at Prose Murphy Creek for a short period of time, but I am truly loving my experience thus far. It has been a much needed change from college living. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for quiet and comfort.
