I’ve really enjoyed living at Prose Farm! The apartments are modern and comfortable, and the whole community has a nice, peaceful vibe. Maintenance is super responsive, and everything is kept really clean. One of the biggest highlights has been Kim, the community manager. She’s awesome — super friendly, easy to talk to, and genuinely cares about the residents. You can tell she puts in the effort to make people feel welcome and taken care of, which makes a big difference. Overall, Prose Farm has been a great place to live. We recently moved into Prose Farms and absolutely love this apartment complex! Management is great with communication and the area is secluded and quiet. Our community ambassadors, Omar and Dani, have been amazing with creating a strong sense of community among residents. They host events twice a month - my kids and I have really enjoyed getting to know our neighbors at these events!

Like all new builds these days the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything in other apartments, even when the neighbors aren't being noisy it does not matter. I can hear appliances ding and phone notification messages. It is crazy how poorly the building is constructed to control noise.
