Property Ratings at Prose Columbus
My boyfriend and I have been living here for a while now and regret our decision everyday.. you’ll see a lot of five star reviews, but majority of what I’ve seen has been from people who simply toured the place and have not actually had to deal with the consequences of living here, and also somehow they are posted right after a one star review is posted.. very suspicious. The wall between the ceiling and the floor of the apartments above must be super thin. We can hear things like the sink running, washer and dryer, shower, etc. We have had very noisy neighbors that we complained about many many many times and it honestly felt like they couldn’t care less. Dogs barking for hours on end and they won’t do anything about that either. They make excuses for the owner. Not very receptive to our feedback. Counting down the days til we can move out. We wish we would have toured more places but we were lured in by the property itself. The property looked good when we moved in but now there’s cobwebs and dirtiness in the breezeways, dog droppings everywhere. It’s just not kept to standard. I would definitely not recommend living here.

I am enjoying living here so far,only concern is that I live on the 2nd floor, I have to go to my car several times to get groceries and packages when I go shopping.
What I enjoy most about living at Prose Columbus is the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and community. The apartments are modern and well-designed, providing a cozy and functional living space. The amenities, like the fitness center and pool, are top-notch and make it easy to relax or stay active without leaving home. The management team is responsive and always goes the extra mile to ensure residents feel valued. On top of all that, the location is ideal—close to everything I need while still maintaining a peaceful atmosphere. It's truly a wonderful place to call home.

I lived nearby the new development and was curious to find out what they offered in apartment updates. I was in for a fabulous ride: the upscale design, appliances, new washer and dryer was included. I was very pleased with the floor plan which made me feel like I was in my personal home not an apartment. The staff walked me through all aspects of my new home.
