I’ve lived here for about six months and pay a premium rent for my two-bedroom, two-bath apartment, expecting a well-managed and comfortable community. Unfortunately, the experience has been disappointing. Management has been largely ineffective at addressing repeated late-night parties and noise at the pool that often continue past midnight. Despite multiple complaints, these issues remain unresolved. While the property looks attractive from the outside, the construction quality feels cheap once you move in, and management responses have been inconsistent and unhelpful. I’m currently preparing a detailed letter to the corporate management outlining these ongoing problems and the lack of follow-through from on-site staff. I would strongly recommend exploring other properties nearby that offer better value and professionalism for the price.

I moved into Prose at Painted Prairie on June 28, 2024, and my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. When I initially toured the property, the leasing agents and managers were incredibly kind and accommodating. As a caregiver for my 80-year-old mother, I made sure to explain our unique needs prior to signing the lease, and they assured me everything would be fine. Unfortunately, that warmth and understanding quickly disappeared after I signed. One of the most devastating incidents was when my mother's toilet overflowed. Instead of handling the issue properly, they gave us just two days to move to another unit! We had just settled in and finished hanging up the last picture. This rushed relocation was stressful for me and traumatic for my elderly mother. The management seemed indifferent to our situation, showing a complete lack of care for their residents. In addition, they had an enticing deal—move in and get two months free plus a $1500 gift card after 30 days. Well, it's been 72 days, and I have yet to receive the gift card. Initially, they told me I’d get it after 30 days, then changed it to 60 days, and now, I’m just getting the runaround. The mail service has also been a nightmare. In over two months, I’ve only received mail once. I’ve had to drive 20 minutes away more than 35 times to pick up mail, including my mother’s important medications. This is completely unacceptable. The only positive aspect has been the maintenance team, who are quick to respond and have been helpful, but beyond that, this place has been a huge disappointment. Renters, beware! If you're considering Prose at Painted Prairie, think twice.
