Problems with move in

So I moved in July and haven’t even been here that long and I’m already running into issues with the office staff, so I have animals and I have an ESA and I submitted my ESA letter for my dog to the office and the office thought my ESA letter was for all my animals and not just my dog. But the ESA is just for my dog and a couple of months of me moving in they tell me that I owe them $300 for a pet deposit and some money for pet rent but it’s their responsibility to look over all the paperwork I sent them for move in! Now because of something they should of checked in more and had plenty of time to check into that before I moved in I’m frustrated because they expected me to just pull $357.00 out of my behind because I of something they should of paid attention to! My updated ESA letter that I turned in for all my animals gets denied and I feel like their doing this to keep me from getting my deposit refunded back to me and I’m really not happy about any of this

I LOVE IT HERE

The girls in the office are awesome! They made the application process super easy and they answered all of my questions! (I had a lot of them!) They go above and beyond for any problems I did run into. Highly recommend!
