There is a little bug issue, I think because the units are aged. You definitely have to stay on top of it spraying down areas in your apartment.
It's beautiful and it seems very quiet. The renovation are awesome. I can see myself living there.
Great community location convenient to many restaurants and grocery stores.
The community is quiet, feels very safe and is convenient to almost everything. Our particular floor plan offers a lot of storage and is laid out well in order to maximize space.
Recommend for the location but warn them about German roaches 'moving in' from neighboring apartments.

The community is centrally located in a wonderful area. The office personnel and maintenance team are all kind, professional and responsive. The few requests I have had were quickly addressed and resolved.

Great place to live. The townhouse was fabulous. Completely updated and well maintained. The on ground amenities were excellent. I didn't get to use the swimming pool, but the exercise room was well equipped and always clean. I rented my townhouse sight unseen online. The actual townhouse and surrounding property looked just like the pictures posted.
Also clean and tidy around the complex, everyone is very nice and courteous.
Access to major highways .
Everything is kept very nicely and the attention of the staff and swiftness of maintenance is awesome.
Overall the apartment complex is very nice and I feel very safe living here. The only drawback is the road noise from highway 485. I feel like updated insulated windows would help lessen the noise but other than that we love living here and would recommend it to anyone looking to rent.

The apartments, and our model in particular, have so many little extra, classic touches which make it feel like a home, not just a generic apartment. We also LOVE the trees and sidewalks which make our community feel like a true neighborhood.

Promenade Park is a centrally located community in a quiet area. You have everything you'll even need within 10 mins! Staff are nice and friendly, the community is fairly tidy and well maintained. The staff go out of their way to help with requests.
Feels like a neighborhood & not an apartment complex. Love it here.
For the most part, all service request have been met in a timely and admirably manner.
Overall, most of our experience here has been very acceptable and accommodating; therefore we would feel comfortable recommending this community.

Great location, great resident/neighbors, safe area, spacious, unless they have kids, then kids really aren't able to play outdoors, which is a huge downfall...the playground doesn't work for all kids
This has been a nice place to live but the ongoing maintenance issues have been a problem.
The service request was addressed in a timely manner. Just a little disappointed the pest control people didn't fully solve the problem.
The ammenities and community staff is fantastic. The neighborhood children are not well watched by their parents and have frequently almost given me a heart attack by running and playing in the street. But overall a great place to live.

We very much love living here! The apartments are very space and have wonderful, special touches such as crown molding, built in bookshelves/display shelves, large windows. We appreciate the opportunity to have our own, attached garage. The maintenance staff is responsive, trustworthy and friendly. When we needed, for financial reasons, to move out of our awesome 2 bedroom apartment here at Promenade Park, our Community Manager (Melody) went out of her way to work with us and find us our lovely 1 bedroom here. The entire office staff is friendly and always helpful. We looked around a lot before we moved to Promenade Park and we are extremely happy we chose to live here.
I would recommend this community based on the pleasant grounds and the layout of several smaller buildings rather than a single large building. I would not recommend a lower floor unit based on the excessive noise of footfalls from an upstairs neighbor that can be heard in the unit.
I would tell a friend the price is reasonable, staff great, location is wonderful and property well maintained.
