You'll step into the cozy living area from the front porch and immediately feel the mid-century charm of this home. The kitchen is fully updated and equipped for any amateur chef. During warmer months, enjoy the stunning back patio with an outdoor dining set. The property is situated against a wooded trail leading to some of the best bars, restaurants, and boutique shops in Cincinnati and is steps from Starbucks and Kroger. Rookwood shopping center and downtown Cincinnati and the OTR entertainment district are a short drive away. Most major hospitals are also a short 5-10 minute drive from the property. There are many options for walking around this gorgeous, quiet neighborhood, and there is ample street parking and off-street parking for one vehicle. The bathroom is accessed through one of the bedrooms, please keep this in mind when booking with friends and family. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent, and throwing an unauthorized party is considered criminal trespassing under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) may be given to come into compliance, and if the request is not honored, then your reservation will be terminated without refund. Amplified music is strictly forbidden at all hours without advance written consent. Cleanup of human biomaterial will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. A $300 cleaning fee will be charged for cleanup of excessive pet hair. Stains on the carpets or linens will incur an $89 cleaning fee per item or the cost to replace, whichever is higher. Smoking indoors will incur a $300 cleaning fee. There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or the actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. If security, fire department, or police fees or other costs arise out of or in connection with your behavior at the property, then you will be billed the cost, with a minimum security fee of $150.
