All of the rooms contain high-end furniture and lavish linens, accented by great artwork and accessories. There are also 3 bathrooms for your use, all of which are clean and nicely updated. One of them even includes a jetted tub for you to relax. The patio area is the perfect spot for gathering, socializing, and making memories. The yard has a huge lawn with tons of grass and open space to play games or sports. You’ll even have a relaxing hammock to lie back in and take a nap or read a good book. Free parking is available on the driveway for up to 4 cars. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Conveniently located in the heart of Arlington, this vacation home will be just 18 minutes away from DFW Airport and around 20 minutes to downtown Dallas and downtown Fort Worth, providing easy access to both cities. Drive about 20 minutes and you’ll hit Mountain Creek Lake, while Lake Arlington is 15 minutes away. In addition to the many amazing attractions in Dallas and Fort Worth, you’ll be within minutes of several other great family attractions. Shop awesome deals at the Grand Prairie Premium Outlets just 13 minutes away. Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark is a great time for the whole family (13 minutes away). Be wowed by the human oddities at Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum only 12 minutes away. Pay a visit to AT&T Stadium, home to the Dallas Cowboys, less than 5 minutes away! You’ll also find more than 8 miles of paved hiking and biking trails, picnic areas, river overlooks, and playgrounds. Smoking of any type is not allowed, and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort are not allowed. The check-in time is 4pm and the check-out time is 10am. With each guest beyond the first six, a $29/night fee will be applied. Vehicles shall be parked on the driveway only, as the city does not permit vehicles parked on the street and this has been actively being enforced. Any vehicles on the street will get a ticket.
