Bath features a lg walk-in shower and lots of towels. Private Deck with seasonal furniture. Rent includes heat, electric, A/C, WiFi and TV and water. Tenant Application- Background / Credit check are required first. Unit #4: This designer’s townhouse is available for temporary housing. For the discriminating guest, it is uniquely designed with open spaces and spectacular views. The minimum stay is 12 months. Security and cleaning deposit are required. Bi-monthly cleaning services are available & recommended at $25 per hour. Utilities Electric & Heat- A/C, spectrum WiFi & TV are tenant’s responsibility. Water, trash collection, landscaping and drive snowplowing are landlord provided. Features 2 parking spaces - one car garage and one outside space. Request all forms to download. Call for inquiries and more information. First , Last, & cleaning fee – following NYS guidelines. Housekeeping arranged through J Lenz and recommended, at least bi-monthly, at $25 per hr.
