Worse place I've ever lived in. Dog poop every where even on stairs. Neighborhood isn't kid friendly. Gate is always broke. Pool always needs maintenance. Office did nothing about the people living upstairs from me who were stomping all day and night well into 2 am. Would not recommend not worth the money or headache.

Thank you for your feedback. The pool has only been shut down 1 time for 4 days since opening in 2022. We do apologize for the inconvenience. Looking back at your file we did make contact regarding your noise complaint. We would be happy to contact them again if you would like to submit a formal complaint to the leasing office. We have a full-time grounds keeper that is consistently picking up dog waste and power washing daily. We also fine anyone for not picking up after their pet. Contact the office at 850-979-5600 with any concerns and we would be happy to assist.
After being a resident at Elevate Navarre for almost 2 1/2 years, my overall rating is still excellent. From the management and maintenance teams to the location, amenities, quietness and pleasant surroundings, I am so very thankful to be living here.

Location is great. Noise level is low. Staff is attentive. Only thing I would suggest is that it would be nice to have the outdoor furniture covers (chairs) replaced due to wear/tear/stains. Otherwise, amenities are very nice.

Maintenance is amazing. I’ve never had to wait more than a few hours for something to be fixed. Amenities are kept clean and are useful. My only issue is the dog park, the dogs consistently dig up construction material that wasn’t cleaned up before dirt and shredded tires were put down. If the dog park could be cleaned out it would be perfect.

Elevate Navarre is a wonderful place to call home. Beautiful grounds with great views and amenities. The staff is wonderful and friendly. Very responsive maintenance team lead by Rick who is always there within minutes to be of service. As I left for a road trip the other morning they were standing outside by the gate giving out bags of snacks and well wishes!! What an amazing experience it is living here!

I love living here, but the dog park is a serious issue. Dog owners, including me, keep finding dangerous objects resurfacing, like construction materials, glass shards, large planks, and sharp plastic. I found planks bigger than my 26-pound dog that stayed there for weeks until someone placed them on the trash can. Hazardous items, like cable ties sticking out of the ground, have been there for days, posing a risk of injury or worse. Dogs have been hurt, breaking toes on buried debris, picking up rusty nails, sharp wood chips that’s dogs are eating. Despite months of complaints from multiple dog owners, including myself, nothing has been done by management. I’d rather see the park temporarily closed for proper cleaning and new dirt to ensure safety. I pay a lot to live here and for the amenities, but the dog park is unsafe and hazardous for our dogs. I expect management to take action to provide a safe environment for dogs to play.

Hello, The office has only received one complaint regarding the objects found in the dog park but never received anything about dogs being injured. When the complaint came to the office management took action by sending the maintenance team out the next day and racked the entire park and picked up the items. We would be happy to go back out and rack the dog park again and look for any objects that could cause harm to our furry friends. We also ordered several bags of rubber mulch the day after the complaint came in to fill in the spots where dogs keep digging large holes. We are waiting on the supplies to be delivered. The safety of our pets and residents are highly important to us and we will ensure to fix any issues that have brought to management. We appreciate you letting us know your concerns and they will be handled accordingly.
Office staff is always attentive and efficient on taking care of the property. It is a pleasure to live here where care for the residents is apparent.

The apartments are great and most of the property is well maintained! The staff at elevate are awesome. My only issues are with the dog park. I think they should change the material to turf or something else. I’ve seen dogs dig up old construction material not just once or twice but almost everyday. It’s not safe. Some of the materials are rusty nails, roofing material, a bunch of wood, old empty construction bags, dry wall, etc. Also, the back fence of the park has so much mulch/tires in that area that it is shorter than the rest of the fence. The drains in the dog spa need to be unclog too because the water doesnt drain like it should, it’s very slow. I still have enjoyed living here however, everything else is very nice and luxurious. The amenities are awesome especially the gym. If you have lived at other apartments, then you know this gym is pretty up there, if not the best you’ve seen. For the most part too, the people living here are friendly.

When I took my tour, I was amazed at everything that was offered. I could have gone to an apartment that was cheaper but I’m 100% satisfied I chose here. Any issues I have had, resolved same day. Jake was really on top of things and got things done sooner than the original eta. However, I do wish there was an easier way to get our items to the higher floors. I felt like I worked out way too much in just 4 days.

The apartment I moved into is beautiful. The clubhouse is always clean and the coffee bar is constantly stocked. I also enjoy the various seating outside and around the clubhouse. However many of the cushion covers are dirty, whether mildew or stains. They just look like they haven’t been cleaned recently.

For being a new complex, expectations were high and quality seemed to be really good. However, realizing, looks can be deceiving. The staff is great! But like most places nowadays, the build of complexes is subpar. Unfortunately, can hear neighbors easily through floors. Also, there should be annual checks for appliances for all units, at least yearly.

Living here is wonderful. My dog loves using the dog park and the dog wash bldg is great since he doesn’t track sand into the apartment. All the other amenities are great. The office and maintenance is very easy to get ahold of when needed. Most of the residents are very friendly as well.

Love living here at Elevate Navarre. Beautiful facilities with a very professional and friendly staff. Grounds are meticulously maintained and the maintenance crew is always there to help with anything needed. Very close to everything you need including the most beautiful beaches anywhere. Truly a great place to live.
