I have to speak on the management at this property. Their accountings is poorly kept up to the standard way of payments by tenants. But the management, some are customers assistance very much appreciated, then some are not, but the maintenance staff are also very attentive to the upkeep of the complex. The years here has been like living with a family, which gives it that feeling of family. If only I could say that the first management had this property up on a 5 stars standard, which was marvelous back when I first were approved by the complex. It still has the best businesses ever to shop and the school available. I must say, I believe they could use a better management.

I like it here, my only issue would be with maintenance but other than that it’s not that bad, my baby loves it here and it could be better but overall it’s decent.

After my last review, the property managers responded asking me to email them directly in order to solve any issues, which I did. They repeatedly ignored my emails and phone calls for a week afterwards. I received two notices on my door after the review was posted. One was from the assistant property manager Nicole, claiming she determined my lock had been changed and was unable to access my unit, and the other that I was in violation of my rental contract due to the condition of my unit. They came by to inspect and determined both notices were incorrect, but it felt like retaliation after an honest review was left. It still takes maintenance anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months to address issues in the apartment, so plan accordingly if things need to be tended to sooner.

My experience living here has been good for the most part. Only thing that blows me in my apartment is the extra tenants(mice) that have been living here without my permission. I love it here.

I have lived here for 20 years and it's been an experience I won't soon forget.Because I've been told that this is a pet friendly community but I would have to disagree There are way too many dogs here; and some of them are prohibited breeds. We put in a complaints but these matters aren't investigated. Some of the maintenance staff are new and they do good work.The office staff, There's Ms Doris and Mr Tyran are very friendly and helpful. We have a manager but I/We have no idea who that is because she hasn't bothered to introduced herself or the staff or the rest of as it was done in the older times. We have some beautiful green spaces but not enough of them This is an ok place to reside but I'm looking forward to my next residence.

very good, spacious and I feel safe with my family. We've only been there for 1 week and we are very pleased with the place. So far I haven’t had any huge issues since March, I do have an issue with the dogs and owners who don’t know how to handle them running in the units and barking. I can say maintenance don’t play when I put a ticket in they come immediately. My stay here has been peaceful overall, a few bugs here and there but I’ve been at worst Community’s.

My resident experience has been okay. I’ve dealt with things of the apartment i feel like i shouldn’t have already with not even being here 3 months. Within less than 30 days, mold started to form in two places via my ceiling. I know to an extent, one doesn’t have control over it. However, i feel it shouldn’t have been there that fast. Just feel like the apartment looked good via moving in but also like it was a quick fix for me to move in.
Staff is nice. Maintenance staff is efficient. Plenty of parking for visitors. The neighbors are loud and mice problem. Need to be on top of this for the future.

So far so good maintenance attended to my insides pretty quickly so I'm happy about that. I'm still getting used to the area . I like the new appliances also

Nice apartment I have a one bedroom spacious a lot of room bathroom can use upgrade. The kitchen is nice and has washer and dryer. The neighborhood is very quiet. Is parking can be a little limited especially if you work late at night maintenance takes a long time to fix things. Mt Sink has been messed up since the day I moved in. I moved in February it’s now end of September and it’s still not fixed.

Apartment space is nice. Comes with washer and dryer, patios/balcony. Quiet area, neighborhood is pretty decent. I haven’t had any problems. Towing is very active if you don’t have a parking pass or use the Pango app. Tow fee is $175

A lot of my offered amenities were not functional when I moved in and had no replacement plan for them . Other than that it is a great space large closets and nice sized rooms and living room

I love it’s a very quiet neighborhood. Even though they take time to fixe things in the apartment they still get it done at some point. I will definitely recommend it.

Once again, the constant inaction of this property is so disheartening. I have called maintenance multiple times over the few months I have lived here for pest control in my unit, and have never had anyone follow up. There have been mice and I ended up having to pay OUT OF POCKET in order to have it taken care of. I wanted to enjoy this apartment so much, but the overall lack of care quickly killed that dream.
My experience living here has been something else There has been many changes in management. And there are pretty green spaces. The building are ok but there are too many ?? and cats and other illegal animals And sometimes there's a wait to get maintenance service but there are some new guys that are pretty good.

When I moved in 2 weeks ago, I did a walk through in the apartment. Overall, the apartment was not ready for move in. the bathroom was unfinished - you could see the old strip peeling and debris still there. Almost all the closet doors were broken, the washer and dryer not working, the front door not steady enough and dust mites all over. It's like they barely did cleaning. I raised my concerns immediately and this problems have yet to be addressed.

I’ve been living here since Friday, May 17 and it’s been issue after issue after issue. Several tickets put in but no one has come to fix anything. I’ve express my safety concerns to the rental office and still no one has came to fix anything. If I could get my money back I would.

Very clean. Quiet and calm community. Cleaners come in my building every morning to meditation the quality. The playgrounds are great for children. The dog park is lovely.

After about 3 months here, things are not improving what so ever. The leasing team and property management team are unhelpful, rude, and dismissive. The only saving grace they have is Doris since she seems to be the only competent person working. I have had to manage/fix multiple things in my apartment that should have been taken care of prior to move in or by the property maintenance, but I will not allow the lack of professionalism and care this team shows to impact my standards of living. Such a disappointing shame, this could be a great place if the care was there!

Very affordable. Near the highway easy access to work. There are lots of food places near by. There is a bowling alley in walking distance. I can walk to get anything I need. Food things for the apartment. Personal hygiene like nails an hair salons near by very happy with my decision.

Staff is helpful, nice apartments and amenities. Ample parking but visitors have to pay using an app. Residents don’t pick up after their pets, which sucks but overall great experience do far.

Lately it has been awful. I have a consistent INCORRECT charge on my rent every month and I have done my part to get it resolved but no communication from the leasing office. Also, I have never had a working garbage disposal and I have been living on this property since October. I feel like I should've left when I had the chance but now, I'm stuck until the lease is over.
