Presley Uptown is a great place to live! Everyone on the management team is super friendly and problems get fixed super quick. The social events are always so fun and create a great sense of community. The pool is my favorite amenity, absolutely beautiful. It's in a great location, can walk to Uptown, South End, Trade Joe's or take the lightrail. Overall a great place to live!

This is a beautiful community. The leasing team is phenomenal, and the apartments are in a great location! I loved the pool area and it seems like a great place to live. If my job had relocated me to Charlotte, I would have chosen this property in a heartbeat.

I have been at Presley Uptown for almost a month. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The residents are very friendly as well. During my move, some residents either offered their assistance or helped me carry my boxes to my apartment. Also, when I leave out in the mornings, I see the cleaning lady and she is really nice and keep the common areas spotless.
It is a very nice community. With an excellent staff.
New resident but have loved my experience thus far! Leasing is incredibly helpful and take the extra steps to help me with my requests. I’ve had a bad experience with leasing at my previous residence, so this was a refreshing sight to see! Maintenance is also quick and courteous. I’ve been recommending this complex because you can’t beat the price for the location and amenities!
Great location. Beautiful modern property. Nice amenities. I feel safe and secure. Lots of pros. Only cons: The parking garage lighting is intermittent and dark in some areas. Also, the street noise level is high at times. Otherwise, I highly recommend.
Little more than 2 years was good, could be better but I think no place its perfect. Love my the view, the activities was great. The pool area is super nice.
There is always room for improvement, especially when talking about management. Amenities are good but could be maintained cleaner, especially the grill area.

I love it so far! It has great amenities, and a quiet community. The parking situation is a little cramped though, and it is hard to find guest parking at times.
It’s a pretty nice place to live. Really great location, good amenities, quiet, good parking. Sometimes management takes a bit to fix things.
My main complaint is the machine equipment in the gym is often broken and outdated and needs replacing. It is a recurring complaint that I have had for over 18 months.
The Presley is the best bang for your buck in the uptown Charlotte area. I could nit pick about things here and there that are common to any apartment community, but overall I’m very happy with my choice to live here. The staff and maintenance are friendly and helpful.

The units are good quality and the community is great, however there are often issues with the package room system or elevators. Valet trash is good but still a decent mess around dumpsters outside. Love the newly renovated dog area though.
The community is amazing and a lot of people are really friendly. Not many complains through two months of being here but only great things to say about this place. I wish the guest parking was bigger or more organized but that’s about it.
The Presley is great! Great location, great staff and clean facility. Maintenance is sometimes slow, but overall I would recommend to anyone.
Don’t let the verified reviews trick you. They are only here because as a resident when you leave a review you get points on your account for each review, which eventually amounts up to an awesome $5 gift card. If you don’t mind slumming it for a bit this is the place for you. You and your property are not safe and although the leasing office will always be SOOOOO Sorry that it happened to you they truly don’t care and will never do anything to help. They are pleasant but as far as helpful; not at all. If you don’t care about your safety, your car, cleanliness or anything for that matter than this is the place to be.
Location is great it’s uptown but now too busy. Spacious clean and management is great. Parking however probably cannot be worse due to LMS.
Presley has been a clean and safe place to live. Very much enjoy the social calendar they have been working on as well. I would say my least favorite thing would be the inconsistent elevators as they break often
I have loved living at presley so far! The amenities are great and I haven’t had a problem so far :) the gym seems new as well and the pool is clean
Presley is a great place to call home! The location is A . The entire staff is super friendly and always willing quickly attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout gym is great and has pretty much everything you need. It is rarely crowded which helps in a time crunch. The pool area is lovely. I love the convenience of multiple elevators to get around the building with ease. The gated/covered parking garage is a huge plus. I live alone here and could not feel safer.
We really recommend it. We really like it! We had a great experiences during our lease contract. Presley is the perfect building to stay !!!
Apartment is clean people are generally friendly, but where the points are off are the package system. There has been multiple packages stolen. The construction around the area makes it difficult to cross streets and get to one side of the parking garage.
I enjoy living here, the pool and rooftop are great, the location is nice, and I really haven’t had many maintenance issues. I’ve been here for 2 years and love it!
This apartment complex is so far very enjoyable. The space is quiet and has great amenities. My only complaint is that the cleanliness and smell of the hallways are not always the best. For the most part, it can be the tenants, but the overall cleanliness could be better especially on the stairwells.
When I first moved in everyone was so helpful and kind. The office made moving in very easy. Very happy living at Presley uptown so far ! Over all great experience
My air conditioner has repeatedly stopped working within the past year, with maintenance taking anywhere from 8hrs to 4 days to fix it, even with 85’ temperatures. During maintenance or inspections, we are treated like public housing residents and cannot schedule specific times frames causing disruptions to work and inconveniences with pets for those that work from home. Despite these issues, I appreciate the friendly staff and would still recommend this place, but I gave it two stars mainly due to the lack of response from maintenance and the discomfort of living without air conditioning and their response times.
The Presley has been a great place to live so far with amazing amenities and awesome location close to a lot of nice places. The maintenance staff does an amazing job as well as the rest of the staff. The only complaint I can really come up with right now is the insane $75 convenience fee to pay your rent online. It was only $3 at my last apartment and with the rent being what it is I don't get the need to squeeze for more money. ??

Overall very happy with my experience with Presley Uptown apartments. The grounds are well maintained with a friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of amenities and great location while still being in uptown.

been 6 months so far living here and it couldn’t have been any better! i feel super safe, maintenance is excellent, & people are sweet as well.
The place is well maintained. I think the staff really has great respect for the tenants and gos above and beyond to help. Also as a dog owner I am thankful for the three dog parks.
