Property Ratings at Preserve at Woodridge
My husband and I were originally impressed with the property when we toured, however after a grueling application process and a disappointing move in we started to have our doubts. The unit was not clean or prepared for new tenants, and we had to place numerous maintenance requests our first few weeks due to the water not being hooked up to appliances and frequent pest issues. Property staff are horrendous at answering phone calls or emails and often can not be found at the front desk either. Us along with several of our neighbors have units infested with fire ants and management is mostly gaslighting tenants rather than making efforts to address the issue. We tried multiple times to plead with them about this because we are concerned for our child's safety being bitten by fire ants in our home and we were only met with hostility. Now, we are having to pay all the crazy fees and expenses to terminate our lease early because management doesn't think pests are "a big deal" but we disagree.
I have lived at the Preserve at Woodridge for about little over 1 year and a half and I absolutely love it! Ever since FDI started managing the property, I’ve seen a tremendous improvement. Rebecca and Sarah are wonderful - always communicative, friendly, and have always made me feel valued anytime I’ve expressed any concerns or issues. As a single woman, I feel very safe here and I live very peacefully. I have met some wonderful people at this community who have become friends of mine. I also want to mention how wonderful and prompt, Joey, the maintenance supervisor is. Overall, I would 10/10 recommend living here! The community is conveniently located near several grocery stores, restaurants, easy access to the freeway, and just minutes away from a shopping center. We also just had a really cool resident event with a taco truck that I heard was amazing (I was out of town so couldn’t make it) but so happy to know management provided us with an event! Definitely recommend leasing here.
