The location was also ideal—close to everything I needed, but still peaceful and quiet. The host was responsive and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!”
Can’t complain about much other then people not picking up after their pets. Staff here are all great! Anytime we have an issue with our apartment it gets resolved quickly

The office staff is friendly and very helpful when needed. Maintenance crew can be counted on to correct any issue in your apartment you may have in a very timely manner. I look forward to the Food Trucks that visit our complex and Residents Get Togethers. It's nice to meet new people and perhaps new friends. I've lived her 5 years and consider this my home.

A well-maintained apartment complex with ongoing maintenance efforts to ensure its smooth operations. Always a lot going on from hot tub replacement, roofing , fixing ac pipes, fire alarm inspections. Hopefully soon we can get renovated sinks in my unit.

I love living in this apartment complex. The apartments are very spacious and roomy. The garage is great, because you never have to get wet or in the cold when going in and out of your apartment. That is worth a lot. Lots of space for storage, large balconies and very good upkeep of the property grounds. The office staff and maintenance crew are exceptional and understanding. I have thoroughly enjoyed living here at The Preserve!

The maintenance crew is always prompt and courteous when fulfilling a work order. The complex could use some more residence activities and a variety of food trucks other than bbq.

This is the first time living in FL the past few years that I had no hesitation in renewing my year-long lease. I love my apartment, overall have great neighbors, maintenance staff have always been responsive and accommodating of any requests, and we’re in a great location, even through the hurricanes this fall.

The apartment is fine, we have not had any major issues. We are really impressed with the maintenance team, they are on top of every request we put in and complete it in a timely manner. The management is not the best, they can be rude and not understanding of situations. We have had several negative interactions with them honestly.

Very peaceful apartment complex. Very well kept , & nice staff. The outside pool area could use a few more things to do .Idkk maybe like a clubhouse or more grills, a hot tub , or stay open later than 6pm. A playground would be super nice.

Everything has been great here so far, the staff and maintenance teams are great. I wish people picked up after their animals better here though.

Just moved in. Staff was great. Haven't used pool yet or grills or fire pit but definitely will.we have a one car garage and that is very convenient.

Clean apartments. Well maintained landscape. Quick to respond maintenance staff. Pleasant front office personal. Plenty of community events. I just wished they would get the security gates working. After being here for 2 yrs, they only worked for the first 3-4 months after we moved in and have been nonoperational since.

Love the complex so far. My family had a great time at the pool. The only problem we have had was a few roaches upon move in but maintenance has taken care of that already.

Starting I had very bad experience as the water in my apartment was smelling, then house was not cleaned well, even worst was corridors, Lint was everywhere. After complaints, I was able get someone to clean it up. Now after 3 weeks, all looks fine and we are trying to get used to the new place.

Living here has been good. The maintenance staff is friendly and fixes any request in a timely manner. The office staff is helpful and shows compassion for the residents. The pool party we just had was so much fun. It would be nice to have gatherings for the residents every few months.

I've only been here a week but so far it's great. It's pretty quiet, the apartment itself is spacious and well played out. There is plenty of scenic area to walk my dog with a park within walking distance. So far I have no complaints.

The renewal of the pool is great, staff is great especially maintenance team! I wish the gates were back to working. Miss wellness Wednesday but at least we got the food trucks back!

The apartment complex is very well kept. The employees are so efficient . I was disappointed about the loss of the hot tub, but I hope the new renovations will be just as good as the old things to do.

Some things I really enjoy about the the community is the sidewalks that flow throughout. My dog has enjoyed walking the paths. The apartments itself are set up nicely and love the huge bathtub in the master bathroom. I haven’t got to go to pool or do any of the other amenities. The negatives have been how you can hear everything in the above apartment. It is so loud we have had to leave the apartment or we might have went crazy. The maintenance men are amazing and everyone is so friendly in the office.

noise pollution between apartments has really chipped away the charm of this place. every day for over a year u have to endure banging because there is no sound insulation in the apartments. probably won't be staying here after the lease is up
