Preserve at Columbus Park

Hands down the best apartment community we’ve ever lived in. The staff is amazing and everyone is super nice. The amenities are absolutely worth the price! I love the peace we have here.

we moved out for the first time ever in november. we were aiming for a safe, cozy place to figure out how to adult and this complex is exactly that. everyone is friendly, the amenities are always clean, spacious, and never too busy. it may be a bit pricey but it’s really worth it. i love that it’s a gated community and i don’t have to worry about getting mail or packages when im alone or when its night. the kitchen set ups are also my favorite

While it is common to encounter issues while living in apartments, this has been my least favorable experience. I have resided in the complex for over two years and initially found it to be satisfactory, however, my experience has been unsatisfactory since December of 2023. Despite making consistent attempts to seek resolution by calling the courtesy officers, communicating with management, and personally communicating with my neighbors, the issue remains unresolved to date. My interaction with the leasing office in February left me with no option but to consider moving out. Unfortunately, the situation has not improved, and I have yet to receive an update or (even the runaround). Therefore, I do not recommend these apartments, (in my case the Laurel floor plan), unless you move to the very top floor.

You would think in the hustle and bustle of Columbus Park Crossing, this would be a noisy place. But it's tucked in a place where noise is minimal. The amenities are nice, including a pickleball court. Staff members are helpful and the maintenance crew, including Steve, is top notch. They always get to your needs right away. The apartment itself is nice, spacious and nicely renovated. Glad to be here!

The Preserve is an awesome place to live. The unit that I'm living in has everything I need. It's comfortable and sizable for me and my wife. The neighborhood is quiet and secure. The staff are quick to respond when I need assistance. Will be staying here for many years!

It’s so quiet even though it’s close to everything (Columbus Park Crossing). The office staff are friendly and the maintenance guys are helpful. They take care of needs right away. The apartments are spacious and nicely done… a perfect fit for me.

I have been residing in Preserve at Columbus Park for 2 months now, and I must say it's been a delightful experience. One of the first things that struck me upon moving in was the immaculate cleanliness of the compound. The management here truly takes pride in maintaining a pristine environment, which adds immensely to the overall living experience. Moreover, I've found the community of neighbors to be exceptionally kind and welcoming. Another aspect worth mentioning is the attention to detail when it comes to amenities and facilities. Whether it's the well-maintained gardens, the inviting swimming pool area, or the modern gym facilities, it's evident that the management goes above and beyond to ensure residents have access to top-notch amenities that enhance their quality of life.

Great place to stay. Walking distance to all shopping centers, restaurants especially Walmart and Sam’s Club. Gated community with awesome amenities (Gym, Dog Park, Pool, etc). Staff members are very helpful and professional.

I would like to say this is a wonderful Wonderful place to stay..gated community, awesome amenities,an a nice gym that I have not put to use yet... however,I will be doing that soon..So,if there is anybody that is looking for a place to stay that is quiet convenient n staff is awesome..please make your way to the preserve...

The front office staff is SUPER nice and helpful. I feel safe and secure. To be in a busy area of town it’s so peaceful and quiet. The amenities are great and the units are all up to date. Maintenance is very quick to respond. So glad I moved here!

Nice apartment, located in a good part of town. But the management is shady. Recently moved out and during our move out inspections, we were told that our apartment had no damages outside of normal wear and tear, like scuffs on walls that would be repainted prior to a new occupant. We opted in for the cleaning fee, which is $175, and requested that it be taken out of the security deposit and the rest returned to us. Well, two days later, we get a call from the property manager stating that the carpets had extreme wear and tear, and that the deposit wouldn’t cover the repairs to carpet. The property manager walked through the apartment (without us being there) and now there are damages that weren’t there two days prior.

The Preserve Apartments has the best of everything! Run out of milk 11pm? Don't worry. Every store you need is within a 5 minute radius. The community is so peaceful, it reminds me of a pleasantville neighborhood. The landscaping is immaculate, and the staff makes you feel like you're staying at a 5-star resort. It has all the amenities you'd want from a wonderful pool to a great fitness center. The apartments themselves are a great size for the best prices in town. Love it!
