It’s an incredible experience living in this all-inclusive community! I enjoy the brisk walk to the bakery in particular, because my GrandChildren are always ready for a treat.

Great living environment and community. So much to do and lots of good eats around. Dog friendly which is a plus. Wish there was a dog park big enough for larger dogs.

It is a beautiful apartment complex. The only thing I didn't like is that the day we got here, everyone was so busy. We didn't feel welcomed at the Club House. We also weren't told about parking stickers and got them a few days later. Happy our two vehicles didn't get towed. I still don't know where the pool or gym are. There should be time to go over everything when you get there.

I really like my apartment. The staff is nice but not timely. I was referred by someone and I’ve been living here for more than 90 days and he has not received the referral fee and the manager will not respond to us. I honestly feel this is unacceptable.

I have lived at the Town at Trilith for almost 2 years now and I have enjoyed living here. But for the last two months I have been wakening at odds times during the night like 1:10 a.m., 2:45 a.m., 5:30 a..m. etc. with either someone watching TV or listening to the radio. This has become a problem for me as it is affecting my well being. The managment which here has tried to help, but has been unsuccessful.

It has been a great experience with location, staff and community with the exception of a neighbor that continuously accuses multiple people of making too much noise when who knows what they are talking about besides the normal apt living noises. It has been disturbing to be accused multiple times when we are so quiet and considerate.

Really good. People are nice. There is an issue with my upstairs neighbors but they were dealt with quickly. Apartment complex is quick and prompt in dealing with any issues that would arise and they always seem to have a smile on their face whenever I see them.

I’m a bit disappointed. The smell in the elevator area is very strong and unpleasant. I have seen huge cockroaches in the area, the breezeway and in my new apartment ! I don’t do bugs! I’m furious. The staff did not address my issues on the walk thru form. I’m second guessing my choice to live here.
Amazing community with a lot of fun thinks to do!!! Events every month, good music and food every where!!! My babies love the community park and the pool!!! The staff is awesome!!

ROACHES! No observation of parking rules The ground floor is filthy-not washed for 9 months now-hence the roaches. Noise is constant from hotel and neighbors. Dishwasher sounds like an attack helicopter. Ice maker works sometimes Space is small and lacking amenities Don’t do it -not worth the price-management is weak to nonexistent

We just had a major construction project on the park garage where parking was limited for a few weeks, and are scheduling pressure washing of the entire property. Tire process has been so good The application process and moving process with seamless I would recommend anybody to move here. The staff was great. They responded via email. Everything was done online. Made it very convenient.
Great staff. Very understanding and responsive. The apartment is nice! Great facilities. I love my balcony! I can easily walk to anywhere in the town at Trilith to get coffee, food, entertainment, or shopping.

Excellent place to live! We have been here a little over 2 weeks and enjoy it so far. The restaurants are great, neighbors are friendly and the apartment complex was easy to work with.
Love the area, some maintenance issues needed with security on doors into complex and other minor things but over all love living here! Wouldn’t want to life anywhere else!
Terrible parking and hard to navigate. Pricing is not worth the housing. Amenities are not locked off to the public. The office actively ignores emails and phone calls.
The leasing office was very accommodating and very helpful. Kendall was there throughout the whole process and answered every question that came up. She was willing to help get us into our new apartment. Overall great experience and town!
So far so good other than the parking lot fix. Hopefully the work will be done on time. The area and the residents all very nice. Food is very good.

They don’t seem to care about residents, and never answer the phone. They don’t communicate well or with much notice at all when urgent things are going on, like when they make you move your vehicles for a “community event.” The apartments are really noisy- you hear everything outside and from neighbors. The breezeway’s always are dirty and have trash. Always lots of bugs and leaves in the pool, which has poor opening hours. The area overall is just really unsatisfactory. No paved sidewalks except by the shops, and no shade from trees if you like to walk.

I like living here but would hope maintenance would be better. Also, having leaf blowers on Saturday 06/15 at 7:15 a.m. it is a little too much.
