Live at the edge of Lake Michigan where living is easy. Pratt At The Lake is a beautifully maintained, vintage courtyard,two buildings from the beach park. This is a family friendly community with a relaxed LGBT and arts scene. You will see families at play, some strolling with their dogs as others search for home along Sierra Club trails, tennis courts and murals in the 100 acre park that stretches from Touhy to Loyola University. This is a special place for children and dog owners. Each generously appointed 2-3 bedroom apartment has a sunporch or balcony overlooking a beautiful garden. Newly upgraded kitchen with hardwood floors, often with quartz/granite counters, newer cabinets and in-unit washer dryer, dishwasher, fireplace, high ceilings and ceiling fans. Secure entry through a magical garden. Pets are welcome!! There are lovely businesses nearby and a Target down the street from the building at Devon & Sheridan. Bulldog Ale House, Semillas for better dining, many faster food options such as Chipotle & BipNBop, Starbucks answers the call for caffeine, LePiano for highbrow jazz. The 400 Theater runs new features for that lazy walk to the movies. Quiet strolls at Loyola University feature meticulous prairie landscapes set before moody waters. Two buildings from a 100 acre park and beach where dogs romp at the beach before 8am. Generous rooms, hardwood floors, ceiling fans and in-unit washer/dryers in all 2 & 3 bedroom apartments.
